I recently had the pleasure of visiting this physical therapy clinic and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From the moment I walked in, Rhee, the receptionist, greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel instantly welcome. She efficiently handled all of my paperwork and scheduling, making the process seamless. As for my therapy sessions with Dawn, they were nothing short of exceptional. Dawn is not only incredibly knowledgeable and skilled but also caring and compassionate. She took the time to thoroughly assess my condition and develop a personalized treatment plan that addressed my specific needs.Throughout my sessions, Dawn provided clear instructions and guidance, always ensuring that I was comfortable and making progress. Her encouragement and positive attitude was wonderful. Overall, I highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of physical therapy. Rhee and Dawn’s exceptional customer service and expertise makes it a top-notch establishment. I am grateful for the care I received here and will definitely be returning if I ever need therapy again.

The first day I walked in Bree met me at the front door and greeted me so kindly. That kind of caring is rare. Dawn has been so encouraging and I have been able to make fast progress with her guidance. The entire environment is homelike, relaxing. They both go out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable during therapy. I’ve found I don’t dread going to therapy. I’ve had therapy several times in the past with other agencies and have no real complaints. But I will always use this office for any further needs. Bree and Dawn go above and beyond. This is what makes them stand out!!!

Ms Dawn is one of the best, this place has been wonderful. The staff and therapists are excellent and very knowledgeable. I been to several PT places and by far this has been the most beneficial one ever for my back problems. I would definitely recommend Elite physical therapy. And Ms Rhee is the best she call and make sure i know when my appointment is.

After a negative experience at another physical therapy location, I was very pleased with my experience at Elite. To go from hardly every being without pain to almost always without pain was a huge blessing. Thank you for your help!

Ms. Dawn, and Ms. Rhee are wonderful people. They have really helped me. I highly recomend Elite therapy. They are trained professionals. Ms Dawn knows what she's s doing. Ms. Dawn & Ms. Rhee are very nice people, you won't regret it. They have been very helpful to get me back on my feet again.

After total knee replacement in December 2022, I started therapy elsewhere and my experience was not good ( I will leave that there ). I was in a very bad place both emotionally and physically. I honestly believed I was never gonna walk again, and was adamant I was done with any therapy. My family convinced me to try Elite. I started in Meridian, wonderful people who helped me so much. I now go to Elite in Philadelphia. I’ve been going since March and let’s just say “ game changer “. While my progress is slow and I get frustrated ~ they have changed my life. I couldn’t ask for more caring and knowledgeable people to take care of me . It’s really so much more than physical therapy. Highly recommend

At the age of 70, I fractured my wrist. I could not have found a better therapy group. They are friendly, professional and really care about the people they are helping. They are happy and share their smiles. I heartily recommend Elite Physical Therapy.
