This is such a great place. They make it feel like home and never make you uncomfortable. Haley, the Clinic Director, was my PT. She is the most wonderful person. The other therapists in the clinic always say hi and greet me by name. They seem genuinely interested in how I’m doing and my progress. 100% recommend this clinic to anyone in need of physical therapy.

Elite Physical Therapy is truly an asset for the Madison, MS community - their staff has a command and knowledge of the physical therapy field that produces best outcomes for their patients. Patients thrive and succeed because the staff work with patients one-on-one; they explain to patients why tasks are important in their recovery; and their encouraging spirit makes physical therapy fun! Haley, Jennifer, and Kaleb are fantastic physical therapists, all are experienced DPTs. They will bring your joints and body mechanics / functionality back to normal. I went for six weeks to work primarily on my shoulder and have seen tremendous improvement with my level of pain and my range of motion. They offer manipulations, strength exercises, and dry needling services. Plus they have a good sense of humor.

This is the best physical therapy clinic I’ve been to! Their hands on care is top notch. Most other clinics assign a series of exercises that take 40 mins to complete and you’re lucky to get 10-12 mins with the therapist. NOT THE CASE HERE! Exercises and stretches are important, but I can do that on my own time. This clinic recently received a PT floater named Jennifer who is second to none in her patient care and effectiveness. She is my #1 of 6 for dry needling and #1 of 11 physical therapists that I’ve experienced. I’m amazed at what she has been able to accomplish with me in a short 8 visits and am saddened to hear she will not be assigned to this clinic as a full time PT.

Jenn is simply Awesome!!! Very personable, professional and super at what she does to ease my pain and get me on the right track for recovery from my accident of being tackled going to Ladies Room during halftime at NWR High School Football Game 9/2/22, a night to Remember!!!!

Recommend to anyone that needs PT. They listen to your concerns and truly care about your treatment and getting you well. Jennifer was awesome.
