Elite Physical Therapy - Bossier

I realize that some people may see this and think I am just trying to pad the numbers by giving a review to my place of employment, but I have also done therapy here. Mark, Jeff and Ashley have all been great with providing me with therapy over the years. I am a very active Nana, who loves to ride motorcycles and would rather live with some discomfort than to give any part of my life up! They have help me achieve the ability to continue doing the things I love! I couldn’t ask for a better work family! I highly recommend Elite, not JUST because I work here, but because I see the dedication and the attention they (WE) put into each patient! They (WE) truly care about everyone that walks through the door! 😃

This is an amazing PT location! I’ve had physical therapy before but my experience here is all the doctors here create a real welcoming environment and you get a sense of patient oriented attention at such a professional level. I see myself making progress and feeling better every visit and they help educate me how each exercise targets and trains certain muscles, tendons, and ligaments. 10/10 would recommend to anybody of all ages!

I have had the pleasure of using Elite for all my physical therapy needs. Ashley treated me for a Bakers Cyst which is completely healed now through exercise. She still welcomes me with a hug and a smile. Mary Watts specializes in Pelvic Floor strengthening for both men and women Many women feel that with pregnancy and age, urinary problems are expected. Not true. She can help younger ( child bearing age) and older women. Her treatments work in a matter of weeks!!! As with all exercises, one must maintain a home exercise routine to achieve wanted outcomes. Mark runs a team that is like its name, Elite!! Great place to have all aspects of Physical Therapy. I am almost finished with my physical therapy sessions at Elite, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the results. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. My physical therapist (Ashley) and assistant (Victoria) were incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain each exercise and its purpose. Their personalized approach not only helped me recover faster but also made the process enjoyable. The facility was clean and well-equipped, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend to anyone in need of top-notch physical therapy!

I have recently been undergoing physical therapy at Elite PT of Bossier City for treatment of chronic knee pain that I had been experiencing for over a year. The staff at Elite PT were extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and they took the time to correctly diagnose and treat my knee pain. They were dedicated to finding the best treatment plan for me, and I have seen great improvement in my pain levels since starting treatment. I have tried various treatments at elite PT, including dry needling, scraping, and cupping, and have found them to be very effective in reducing my pain. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and the staff always make me feel welcome and comfortable during my visits. Overall, I highly recommend Elite PT of Bossier City for anyone seeking quality physical therapy treatment. Their staff is dedicated to helping their patients and finding what works best for each individual. I'm unable to express in words how grateful I am to Elite Physical Therapy in Bossier. I have had three major surgeries on my achilles, and one outpatient procedure done on my shoulder. Mark and his team have been there from day one over the course of the past three years assisting me every step of the way. I was able to learn very quickly from his wealth of knowledge, and follow the established protocols from day one in order to achieve physically being able to function again. Also, I would like to give a shout out to Liz who manages the front office! She also went above and beyond to ensure my insurance company paid for all of my visits when hurdles were presented. I can honestly say this group has made me push through even when I wanted to throw in the towel and give up. Forever friendships were made because they truly care. I would highly recommend this great group!!!

I love the staff and environment at this location. Ashley has done some miracle work with my neck and back. Everyone there genuinely cares about your health and your physical needs. They make me feel like I am top priority and they actually listen to what you need and where your problem areas are. Hands down the best place!

I give Elite physical therapy office a 10 out 10. And that is an understatement from the front desk they make you feel like you are a part of the team. Mark is an outstanding therapist. Mark make sure that you are comfortable with all of your exercises. He’s like your own personal cheerleader. All of the workers are outstanding there nothing like walking in that office and being greeted by each one of them you can be in so much pain but the can always put a smile on your face.
