I had two major surgeries on my left foot and ankle at the end of January 2022. Thanks to the amazing therapists and staff, I can finally walk some and will continue to get better with each visit. I can not say enough about this place and the staff!! Kudos to Kasey Cartwright Parsons !! Kasey, you have a wonderful, ELITE group of people. in that office. When I went to have my therapy, one of the 19 year old looking girls was in training, so the 20 year old girl helped the 19 year old. They blatantly talked like I wasn't there about what schools and training they had. They also were talking about me!! They were rude and didn't know what they were doing!!! They way overbilled me and then called me to say I was past due. I had already paid money down for what they said I should owe. I feel like I was scammed!!! I recommend going to the other physical therapy place.

Went to Elite for therapy after having a knee replacement. I can't express how content I am in choosing them for my therapy. Everyone from the front desk to the therapist and assistant are wonderful and pleasant to be with. The level of professionalism but still making you feel welcome and like family is beyond anything I've experienced in the past. They truly care about their patients well being. I highly recommend Elite Physical Therapy and credit them for my fast recovery.

Hands down the best medical office I’ve ever been to! From the front office staff (shout out to the amazing Ms. Colleen) to all the Physical Therapists (Deb, Erica, Jason, Josh and Tyler) and all the incredible assistants, you will not find a more caring, dedicated and knowledgeable staff. Even the therapists they get to come in to cover the regular therapists are amazing! Grateful I’m healing from my shoulder injury but the thought of not seeing this crew on a weekly basis will be tough. They’ve made my recovery enjoyable, challenging and inspiring. Highly recommend.

Elite is simply amazing!! Everyone is very attentive and they listen to you. They ask your input on things instead of just making you feel like just another number. Everyone is very pleasant and they talk to you and make you feel very comfortable!! I give all the staff from receptionist to techs to therapist 5 out of 5 stars and I highly recommend Elite to anyone needing thearpy!!

I have used Elite Therapy twice last year. The first time was for my back for having bulging disks and the second time was from knee surgery. Everyone there worked with me during these hard times. They are friendly and care about you. The therapy I received was excellent. I highly recommend Elite Therapy!!

Everyone was very professional yet, layed back and easy to communicate with. By the time my therapy sessions came to a close, I felt like I was leaving friends. The therapy sessions were extremely helpful and beneficial for the symptoms I was experiencing.
