I honestly don’t know where to start. All I can say, is I am extremely grateful for finding this facility, and it’s welcoming, caring, and passionate staff. You are not just another number here, and a “get in get out” type of program. From being greeted at the front desk, all the way to each and every therapist that is there. Kevin K, who has been helping me, guiding me, and motivating me through my rehab has made the whole process comforting and keeps me accountable. He genuinely wants me stronger and healed and it has been a HUGE difference for me. I’ve been to physical therapy before. No one ever wants to be in physical therapy…but I am grateful that I found this Gem of a facility in the heart of LA. And I know that it is not just me, as I can see other people around me being worked on with a smile on their face. No question will I ever go anywhere else.

Choosing Elite OrthoSport for my physical therapy needs post-ACL injury/surgery was a decision I'm glad I made, largely due to the exceptional care provided by Steven Glaza. His dedication to my recovery journey was evident from day one, as he took the time to actively listen to my concerns and tailor a treatment plan specific to my needs. Steven's expertise and commitment to my progress were remarkable. The entire team at Elite OrthoSport also contributed to a welcoming and supportive atmosphere, making each visit a positive experience. I wholeheartedly recommend Steven and Elite to anyone in search of personalized care and professional expertise in physical therapy.

I have been going to this clinic for the past 2 years with multiple cases. I can tell by confidence that this is by FAR the best PT clinic in town. The therapists here spend the full hour with you, listen to your concerns and are very knowledgeable and compassionate. The office manger is amazing and the front staff are always welcoming 🙏. Special thank to Georgiana for always helping me with my schedule and the two amazing DPT Chelsea and Melody that has gone above and beyond to help me with my cases.

The poor reviews of this PT clinic are bogus and could not be further from my own experiences. I have been regularly attending this clinic for nearly 8 months for recovery from three serious knee surgeries, and I have flourished under their care. My physical therapist is Aaron, and he is incredible. In addition to being a really kind person, he's a great PT and is incredibly intuitive. After nearly two decades of pain with no answers as to why I was in pain, Aaron quickly identified my various problems and mapped out a treatment plan. I have regained so much of my mobility and life back, and I will forever be grateful. The assistants I've worked with are really fantastic, and all of them say hello to me by name every day, even if they don't work me with directly. The front desk staff are wonderful. Georgianna has helped me with multiple scheduling and insurance problems, and it truly feels like she cares about my wellbeing. This place is really wonderful. I highly recommend.

As a physician you can trust this review: I had knee surgery, meniscus repair and the process here is really complicated. Front desk Georgiana is a joke, disorganized, loud, no care for patients. I did 2 weeks of therapy while non weight bearing and my therapist was sweet and competent. When trying to reconnect as per surgeon recommendation, returned and drove 1:30 min called about being late and asked if I should reschedule and someone nice in front told me to proceed and come to appt. I made sure that I was in traffic. Explained parking and seemed very pleasant. Parking is an issue expensive in building not validated. I parked far and got a bird with difficult since I cannot walk well yet after driving 1:39 min and warned about delay if I should rescheduled I get there to a weird sound from this woman, she goes in the back and ask therapist if I can be seen and after 30seconds starts unleashing a speech about me being late and how they cannot accommodate and therapist got busy with another pt. As a doctor and caring for people I see people that go to me anytime and if late or not because if the person made an effort to arrive and specially if they warned you it is because they have a ready need to be there and get rehab. Not talking about the stress to get insurance approval while any place would see you and then figure this out. That’s having good insurance. If they change front desk and fire Georgiana I think the place could thrive but it is really disruptive to the environment and I cannot stand people treating patients the way I was treated today. No more referrals from me for sure. Find another place until front desk is changed.

After surgery for complete proximal hamstrings rupture, I was referred to Elite OrthoSport. I came in on crutches for what my surgeon told me would be a 9-12 month recovery, which was very scary. But 9 months later I can say that every step of my recovery process has been on point and my surgeon has been very pleased with my progress. I had confidence in my PT Hov right away. The PT assistants carefully follow his instructions for my rehab exercises, teach them well, and when progressing to anything new Hov always makes sure I am doing them properly. It’s a fun environment, everyone is professional and they take good care you!

My experience with this facility as a first time patient with a referral was, that they are deceitful, unprofessional, and untrustworthy. Money is their only campus and wellness of their’ patients or customer satisfaction is their last worry. The doctor lady who rated them one-star, before she had it right. A friend referred this place to me and he recommended Melisa. I went there and made it clear with the front desk person Georgiana and she knew my pal and she said shell make sure that will be Melisa. The next day I get a call and was scheduled for an hour with Melisa. When I arrived, I meet Melisa but tag along was a young man with Christmas hat, (not professional attire for a physiotherapist) she said, "You get two PTs for the price of one." I suppose maybe he is her supervisor and she wanted an oversight, it was awkward to me anyway. When I went to the exam room, I was asked to take a short form the cabinet, but they were unfolded fabric shorts that didn't smell clean or detergent, and since threw in the cabinet seems like they were wore before, it wasn’t what I expected for a clean place, so far in the first 15 minutes three red flags: 1- Why I was not told about the second PT before I arrive and why two? 2- Why I was not told to wear a gym outfit or bring mind. 3- Why they don't have clean shorts for new patients at least for evaluation. After all, they charge $150 an hour and I was a cash patient. The evaluation was by Christmas hat man and Melisa was just sat and oversight his doing. When I have a question, she didn't answer and ask him "what do you think?" or asked him, "what do you do next" it felt like she was teaching him how to do things, after 30 minutes, she left and I asked him "How long you have been doing this?" and he said, "since October, just got graduated.” So at that point, I realized that I was used as a human guinea pig for a brand new PT to learn and she does the oversight, hence she asked him to answer my questions. It is scandalous and outrageous to use a patient for training a freshly graduated student and NOT disclose it, plus they defrauded me on selling me the two for price of one pitch. This for me was beyond insult was a scam, especially that I was refer by a friend for that specific PT. Then the same student makes me do a couple simple tennis ball moves on my own and he left, telling me he will email me a report of my evaluation and exercise to do at home, and I never received any email or report up to this date Jan 12, three weeks after my visit. I did contact Georgina who pretends to perfectly understand the situation that she will talk to her boss and get back to me, she said they have an email issue and she will send them to me. Four days later nothing, I called on them and left a message, she called back and said, her boss is a busy woman and wont handle clients, and don't have time to talk to me, as for why someone else but Melisa was my PT because she was going to vacation and he was going to take over. which validated Melissa lied to me and instead of saying “you get two for price of one” she should have been honest and transport that “hey ill be out of town this guy will take care of you and I would say I’m sorry I don’t know this place, I don’t know this person, I don’t even live nearby here, I’m only here because a gym buddy of mind recommended YOU so if you cant I’m out” but they didn’t want to lose the $150 and lied to me. Then Georgina said all they can do is to make sure that from now on my new sessions will be with Melisa. They won't be making any refund or compensation for last time. I told her how do you like to go to a restaurant order a burger and get only French Fries and make you pay for burger it and the restaurant manger respond, “all we can do is to make sure next time you come you get burger “ They burn the trust with me due to poor and careless management NOT RECOMMENDED!

I’ve been going to Elite for over 10 years . I’ve gone for 5 injuries- all clear up. Heather runs an amazing staff, this last session I worked with Hov (Hovanes) and it was an amazing experience . The front of house is well put together as well from appointments to friendly and kind welcoming. Really the best Physical therapy clinic in Los Angeles and probably California. I have recommended tons of people to try A session or two here and I will continue to do so. Thanks everyone at Elite !
