Please don't go here they are very unorganized because they dont have a physician's assistant, the Receptionist Dee always gave me a hard time & delayed my paperwork & chart. I also had an incident in Chiropractic where Dr Murphy was too ruff & I sustained a left rib injury while on workers comp for my back. Dee was also complaining about another young receptionist in their office not entering their charts. Dr Lui from Metro Pain & Vein delayed my FMLA paperwork & needs a physician assistant on appointment. They treated me horribly

If I could leave 1000 zeros I would. This office is ran horribly. If you want to have to argue with Receptionist for them to do their jobs and get no help then feel free to go here. Otherwise find another place to receive services from. In addition you will be waiting forever to be seen.

Please don’t go here!!! If i could give 0 stars I would. I never saw the Doctor, I saw the PA and it was her first day. The place and staff were so unorganized. They made appointments for pt and an MRI that I didn’t need because I had bought MRI results with me that were not even a month old. Plus I would need prior authorization from the insurance company before I could start pt again or to have another MRI. I’m still looking for another doctor but I will NOT go back there

This place truly deserves 0 stars. If you’re truly injured I don’t recommend going here. My mom was injured and she was seen for her 1st consultation. After that they played games with her. Every single appointment they scheduled with her, when we showed up they gave her excuses as to why she couldn’t be seen. This happened THREE times. First, the physical therapist was sick and left early. The second time they said they tried to call her to reschedule her but she didn’t answer. (They never called) the third time they said she wasn’t even scheduled to come in. They delayed her treatment process by WEEKS because they are disorganized and reception doesn’t know what they are doing. This place is a whole mess. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

The doctors and staff are some of the nicest people you'll ever meet. The care is phenomenal they treat you like a person, not just another appointment that comes in. They care about your well-being. I highly recommend seeing them if you need any kind of care regarding the back or any other part of your body..

I was in complete pain when I first started coming here after a motor vehicle accident in November. I am not out of the woods yet but I am confident with their help I will recover 100%. Their staff is attentive, considerate, compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable about the steps to take to guide their patients upon the road to recovery. Chiropractic, PT, Orthopedics, Pain Management, every department cares about one thing and one thing only… Helping their patients get BETTER! The young lady Angelina at the front desk has been one of the most helpful people on my road to recovery, whether it was getting me authorization from my insurance company for treatment, organizing and allocating medical records for me, or even just giving me piece of mind, she has been terrific. I would recommend this office for anyone looking to get better.

Horrible! Never even was seen by the doctor. After waiting an hour I asked how much longer the wait would be. They told me there were still 4 appointments ahead of me. Instead of calling and letting people know the doctor was running behind they said nothing and let everyone wait with no warning. I let them know I had to return to work and that I work from home only 5 minutes away. I asked if they could call me when they get to the appointment ahead of mine. They’re reply “we might not be available to call you”… wow. Just wow. Huge waste of time.
