Elite Orthopedic Physical Therapy

PT is great here. They know what they are doing and have done more for me in a couple months than many other physical therapists have done in the past. Receptionist has picked up all but once. The one time I left a message, I got a response in the next 15 minutes. My experience has been very positive and I highly recommend them.

This place never answers phone. Also, my plan clearly states I DO NOT NEED referral to visit Physical Therapy and I even confirmed with my insurance. But, the front desk lady keeps saying I need referral and cannot take me. Very frusturating. Clearly, they do not want new patients!

I have left 20 + or now no room to a leave message. VM full. My authorization will be expiring next week and still no call backs. Assuming your too busy for new clients. Will look elsewhere.4 months is long time too long.

The employees here are friendly and professional in person. My big problem with this place is, they rarely answer the phone. Sometimes, you cannot even leave a voicemail because the mailbox is full. If you call for a question, to reschedule or to cancel, chances are they won't answer the phone. You might be able to leave a voicemail if the mailbox is not full. That's it. If all the planets are aligned and luck is on your side, they might actually answer the phone but that is very rare.

I dont like the services esp. the pt. Who handled me had a character, not good even if i gave him a second chance, very short service like 10 minutes. So decided to stop

Not interested...called & left a message 5o have someone call me back to discuss my 1st visit & my therapy needs..4 days went by decided to give it another try. Called & told receptionist "Melissa" I had left a message several days ago?..nothing- so I asked her to pls have Mr. Victor Chang call me whenever possible for him. Never heard back, definitely not interested, I can only imagine what my treatment would be like..

This place is great. Staff is friendly. I didn't have to wait for my appointment (which is a big pet peeve of mine). Dr. Chang has been helping me rehab a fractured collar bone that has goven me limited range of motion and strength in my entire left should. After therapy with him and the great workout advice he gave me, i have most of the range of motion back, no pain, and I'm actually stronger now than when i was pre-injury.

They are really really kind and they tried to improve my body condition hard.
