Elite Motion

If I could give less than one star, I would. This office is very unprofessional. The front desk is rude. They will cancel on you the same day without notice and claim no availability to reschedule with someone else. However, they are never even close to full capacity, and every time I go, all I see is the staff spending more time standing around talking to each other than anything else. I’m usually waiting around after each exercise waiting for the next one while the staff ignores me. I have had to change therapists because they just tell you what to do, then walk away without making sure you were doing it correctly. Clearly, this place is more concerned with checking boxes than helping people. Go here only if you’re interested in going through the motions! Zero Stars!

I had ACL reconstruction due to a major injury to my knee and Barry , Roger and the rest of the team are experts. These guys have great tech to monitor your progress and they push you to work hard and get better all while making you feel safe and cared for. These guys are top notch. There are a range of patients with different injuries and they still manage to give each individual the attention needed. I wasn’t sure how I’d be after my injury but after the last 4 months my knee already feels stronger than it did before.

I can't get passed the front desk to have PT. I called to make an appointment, I have my PT Order from Dr Ashford. I asked them to verify w/my insurance before I start PT to ensure it's covered & I pushed my appointment back a full week so they'd have time to do it. I heard nothing from them so I've been calling today to cancel my appointment (today is Monday, which is the day of my 1st appointment) but they won't pick up the phone. I've been trying for the past 2 hours. Not impressed or happy. Going elsewhere.

Elite Motion is the best physical therapy clinic I have ever been to! All the physical therapist there are very friendly and know what they are doing. I personally worked with Barry and I could tell that he truly cares about his patients. The aides are great as well! I always feel so welcomed when I go to physical therapy and truly looked forward to my appointments. I would highly recommend Elite Motion Physical Therapy to anyone that is willing to work hard and get the best recovery possible.

The care I have received at Elite Motion after my ankle surgery has been exceptional. My sincere gratitude to Dr. Matt Miller my physical therapist, and also to his assistants Reid, Josh, and Don for their tremendous help in my road to recovery. I'm so glad to been able to meet and continue my treatment with DPT Matt. After starting therapy my range of motion was coming back, and I was able to put weight on my foot and walk. What was the most crucial part of the recovery was the "hands on" for a well trained and educated physical therapist. I truly appreciate your kindness and caring attitude. I was impressed with your professionalism, knowledge, and expertise, from our first meeting. Thanks again to Dr. Matt Miller, Reid, Josh, Don and to all of you who in one way or another contributed to my ankle's healing. All the staff at Elite Motion is amazing. I highly recommend Elite Motion for all of your physical therapy needs. All of the therapists are not only knowledgeable but personable and incredibly caring. You’ll receive an individualized program that’s carefully designed to not only heal your specific injury, but lead you to a greater overall fitness level that will hopefully prevent future injuries as well. They educate their patients so that they can independently work on their areas of need and understand proper form and function of each exercise. I’ve been fortunate to have received PT for my ACL and Barry not only healed my injury, but got me back to a fitness/athleticism level comparable to my college soccer days. And now I can enjoy everything from wake boarding to skiing moguls in the mountains. This place is the best!

The professionalism, level of care and follow-through of the physical therapists (Dr. Matt has been my PT from the onset) as well as their aids is commendable. The entire staff, including the front desk ladies are very courteous and friendly and the atmosphere is very cheerful which makes some of the challenging exercises much more tolerable. I am very glad I was referred to this facility by my physician and I will let him know when I see him in a few weeks. He will be very pleased to see how much progress I've had during these past few weeks.

I recently had foot surgery. My Doctor prescribed physical Therapy. So I called here two days ago spoke with Leslie. Told her that my Doctor prescribed physical therapy and I will email the orders to her. She gave me her email and I sent it to her along with my contact information. Never heard anything. So I emailed Leslie again yesterday, still no reply! So they obviously do not need the business and I will go some where else, thanks for NOTHING!
