Heather (front desk) made me feel welcomed and relaxed from the very first visit. She has a positive attitude and really goes above and beyond to ensure patients are well taken care of the minute they walk in the door. Connor is my physical therapist and he is personable, knowledgeable, honest, and truly cares about his patients. Conner works through the exercises with me and does extensive manual therapy. I have been to other physical therapy groups in the past and was not impressed -- I felt like I was just "a number" and I never looked forward to my visits. Connor and Elite Therapy deliver the high-level of patient care that I need and I always look forward to going.

Connor and the entire staff at Elite were wonderful! They helped me so much to come back from my injury. I like the pace to which we worked and I definitely felt like a patient and not a number. Would recommend them to everyone!

Just would like to say how great the therapy team is at Elite in Powdersville SC! I was there for several weeks before Christmas for my neck and back. Connor and Jacki are the best! I would highly recommend this office and these two therapists!

Can say enough good things about the team at this location. I was given Connor’s name by at home therapist after a rather nasty bicycle accident. He has taken me from the point of hobbling with a cane to walking 3 miles every day. He also helped me realize nearly a full recovery in my wrist as well (the surgeon was surprised). Heather is also a great part of the team there coordinating treatment, keeping things in top condition, and making folks feel more than welcome. If you have a need for PT, this is the place.

There are many good physical therapists, all of whom are likely well trained in how to devise movements that assist the body in healing/improving. Without a doubt, Connor Mullan is eminently well versed in assessing, devising movements, and guiding his patients toward improving health and well-being. And, he does so with the cheer and good will that broken bodies (and minds) so desperately need. However, Connor has an extra “something” that sets him apart from his peers. Connor not only observes, but he also listens carefully to his patients, adapting his approach(es), as his patients “teach” him what they need (and he makes it all seem effortless). In other words, Connor is innately and truly a patient centered therapist. While being “patient centered” may be (and perhaps should be) a “no-brainer” for all health care providers, it is not always as common as one might hope. There is a stark division between those providers who believe that the patient exists for them, and those who believe they exist for the patient. Connor is squarely in the latter camp. As a result, Connor is a true blessing to those who may be “broken”, but fortunate enough to stumble into his ”office”.

Michael and I have been very please with our association with Connor, Heather and Patrick at the Powdersville location. Everyone is very professional and work hard to accomplish a good routine during therapy. Other PT,s that we have met have also been good to us .We enjoy going to the therapy even though it is hard for Michael with all the problems he is faced with and they are trying to work with him, to make him feel better at the end of each day dealing with his back problems and the Parkinsons.

Mr. Conner was my therapist with what I saw as impossible mission do to the cyst on spine preventing me from getting better no matter how much a therapist could accomplish. however, he worked around the problem and was strengthening. I final received surgery to remove the cyst and open up the nerve channels. do to the fact that Mr, Conner working to strengthen pay off i was able get up and move. since then he has worked with me and i have improved in walking, bending, standing, balance, etc. he has provided exercises that i can do at home to help him in has quest to improve my abilities. i have one thing stuck in my head since the beginning: these exercises would not help 5 second here, 10 second there, 2 minutes on a soft mat while being pushed/pulled on, etc. well let me tall you or anyone else they work and every new exercise i wait and see what the effects it brings. standing/setting without an arm chair is amazing to me have not done that in years. as we said in the military; "Sierra Hotel" (ask a military person if you don't what it meanings). thank a million times for the great interpersonal relationship.
