Elite Home Health

Elite home care has been a lifesaver for my family. My Dad, mother and brother always recieved excellent care and I love how they are willing to go out of their way to provide the best care.

Signed up with Elite Home Health, Fordyce, AR on 9-12-2023 after returning home from Rehab in Little Rock, AR following double surgery on spinal cord. I would not recommend this Home Health provider to anyone! This company is Very Disorganized and did not communicate to me my plan of home health care over the next 2 months! I did not receive the care nor physical therapy that I was supposed to receive per doctors orders. When I complained to management the Administrator was Very Combative, Arrogant, and interrupting me when I was trying to voice my concerns. It is my opinion the administrator caused me to not receive the level of care I was supposed to receive during my recovery from surgery. I never knew what days the nurses were to see me until they were on their way to my home, they were always changing planned visits and times. Very stressful dealing with schedules of care workers!

My dad, James Mercer had to have therapy with both physical and occupational. Both were very successful. The therapist always called before they came to see him and to let him know when they were on the way. I would recommend this facility to everyone. Thank you for taking care of my dad.
