Facility is clean and BIG. Dr. Hicken is very helpful and super friendly (and so are the staff). He cares about his patients. I can't think of any other physical therapy office in town that has a physician on site at all times to help diagnose what your problems are and show you the most effective way to heal it. I came in for a consultation and he was able to quickly assess why I've had so much pain in my legs over these years. I wish I woild have come in a lot sooner... the difference I feel now is night and day.

I recently received a total hip replacement, by Dr. Gregory Hickens. I have a new lease on life, and I’m pain-free, and have excellent mobility. Dr. Jeff Hicken has been amazing. I walked into his office in pain. The Dr. tested my mobility, asked me a lot of questions and looked at an x-ray I had taken the year before. He asked that I get an MRI and sent me to the most cost effective facility, which was appreciated since I do not have insurance. When he got the report we went over it and the news was not great. Dr. Hickens said I would need to see a neurosurgeon and possibly a pain clinic. Well I went to see both desperately trying to find relief. Sad to say both visits were very disappointing because they were dismissive of my discomfort because my mobility is great and my pain was not text book. Did I mention I don’t have insurance? Each appointment left me crying in my car. Very defeated I went back to Dr. Hicken’s office to report the news. He looked at my MRI again puzzled by their response. Dr. Hicken spent sometime finding me a Neurosurgeon that would help me and not be dismissive. Without Dr. Hickens help, I would still be feeling helpless and hopeless. After I have surgery I will definitely be going back to Elite Healthcare for future needs.

Wow... What a refreshing, informative, and down right great experience I had at Elite. If you have a work related, sports related, car accident type injurie this is where you want to be. Workmens Comp case don't go to work med there hacks. Dr. Hicken knows as much about workmans comp as your lawyer dose. Go fsee him you owe it to yourself. Elite is where you want to go to. I regret not knowing about this place when I started my case. I would be a 100 time better if I did. Dr. Hicken, Thank you!!!!! Your the man...

I would highly recommend this office to anyone. The facility is clean and spacious. The staff are friendly, knowlegable, and downright awesome. They are truly interested in the wellbeing of thier patients.
