Patient experiences
This staff and it’s doctors are extremely caring, kind, and interested in getting the patient back to health. I would recommend anybody who got into a car accident to rehabilitate at this location. There is, at times, longer wait times than anticipated, however, the care is second to none.
Very poor uncaring service. I was shocked by the machine here becuase it didnt start at first and she put the threshold incredibly high. She walked away and I had to scream for help in order for them to hear me. After all this they gave me an attitude and told me I couldnt even sign for my day of care cause i only did 10 minutes not 15 like normal. This is after they shocked the heck out of my back and really hurt me :( Cery poor aervice would not recommend. Feels very unprofessional.
For adjustments and physical therapy I recommend you Dr Szentivanyi DC and Dr. Valencia M.D.
