Super Friendly staff! Ms. Emily is the best speech therapist my son improved so much and absolutely adores her! Mrs.Maria the secretary always very helpful I recommend this place 100% they made us always feel like family!

The young Psychiatrist I had threw a temper tantrum and hung up on me! Never showed any empathy from the start. Not sure if it is a race thing or what. Called the Manger to no avail. They left me with a script for cough syrup!!!!!!, a long term script which meant I may have to go several days without one of my meds for several days and a referral to a new company but it's been more than a week and I haven't heard from anyone. Wondering if there really was a referral. ***Both of the Therapists I had were excellent.

Great service! Very helpful with the speech therapy my brother loves Ms.Emily ! And his speech has become so much better and he is doing great in school!

This company appears to be totally mis-managed. We called on Monday morning January 16th, 2023. to arrange treatment. When you call, there is no human contact whatsoever, the only option is to leave a VM. We left numerous messages and finally received a return call two weeks later. That person assured us the insurance would be processed and they set up an intake appointment a week later. When we arrived, there was a consultation in which we were informed that the insurance paperwork had not yet been started, but that they would get it to the right person "right away". In summary, our urgent problem is still here. If you are considering this company be prepared to wait a very long time. No one at that company knows what anyone else is doing. There is no inter-office communication and no way for the consumer/patient to follow up. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I did not have a good experience at Elite Dna in fort myers. The psychiatrist I saw didn’t ask many questions and didn’t really take my concerns into consideration when prescribing me meds. Our virtual calls lasted 4mins maximum, how do you get the information you need to prescribe a 90 day medicine in that time? Then Elite DNA accidentally charged my personal account $450 “on accident.” They are supposed to send that bill to my insurance and accidentally hit my card instead. I wasn’t able to get refunded for over 10 business days. After that I called and cancelled my business there.

Thanks everyone at the plantation Elite Dna office my son has been there for a long time I love the patience they have with my son he’s have gotten so far with this office I love all the workers especially Ms Maria at the front desk they are the best

The best place to get OT at. Stephanie Frost is one of the best OT specialists I've ever had the pleasure of having helping me.

Highly recommended I have been attending the school for a few years. My children are always excited to attend their classes.
