I came to try cryotherapy for the first time. I have Multiple Sclerosis and have read about the many health benefits of cryotherapy. Damian was very accommodating and eased any worries that I had about the experience. The machine was very futuristic. It first warmed up my body and then dropped the temperature. I felt the temperature change but in a very tolerable, relaxing way. I am looking forward to doing this on a regular basis.
