Elevate Physical Therapy- Trumbull, CT

I went to Elevate for PT for neck pain. I'm very happy that I chose to go there. The facility is bright and clean and well stocked with exercise equipment. The PT team at Trumbull was skillful and friendly. Greg provided my treatment most days and he was excellent. Each session started with moist heat and hands on massage to loosen up the muscles. Then I was given a series of exercises to do there. I was also given exercises to do at home which I continue to do. Overall my neck pain is mostly gone and neck mobility is back to normal.

Greg Besson at Elevate Physical Therapy at Trumbull, CT location is amazing. High level of expertise, patience and skill. He provides best trigger point massage I ever had. I'm improving my strenth and balance. Clean facility. Friendly welcoming staff. Definitely highly recommend!

Spoiler alert, this is the Best physical Therapy practice around. We are a competitive athletic family. Me the crazy weekend warrior for last 15 years and both my children are college age athletes, one playing D1 level. Through our athletic journeys we have had many injuries and been to a lot of physical therapist and a lot different practices as we are always seeking the best care. We been to a lot PT practices, about 10 different, some have been good and some sadly a waste of time. I am comfortable saying Elevate Physical Therapy is the Best PT practice the area. Lead by the owner Greg, the physical therapist and staff are great they are attentive, knowledgeable, and care about helping you reach your goals. I have seen multiple therapist at Elevate for my various injuries and I am all ways happy with care. We are a family of athletes all playing competitive sports and pushing ourselves to be our own best and unfortunately that sometimes leads to injuries. Elevate staff and the care and treatment and rehab plan has been instrumental in keeping us on the field when things start to hurt and in the cases where injury is severe they help us return the the field stronger than before. They have a great space and all the equipment needed to help with recovery but this the staff and the work they put into helping you improve makes this place special.

Wonderful staff. All are very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Facilities are spotless and very well maintained. Best of all, their treatments work!

Sami is amazing! She is very attentive, knowledgeable, and explains everything clearly. Extremely kind and friendly too! Highly recommend her.

Katie is the best PT ever! I've had several other PTs elsewhere, but Katie is by far the greatest I've ever had. She makes you feel so comfortable and always addresses all of your concerns. I actually looked forward to my appointments every week. Never knew that rehabbing an injury could be so fun!

The care, expertise, and communication is phenomenal at this clinic. I have seen Emily recently and she is outstanding. These are therapists who truly want to make a positive impact on people’s lives. I felt better in as short as 2 sessions. Night and day!

Can't say enough good things about these amazing humans. I walked into Elevate in September and within minutes Emily made me feel comfortable, safe, and cared for. Both her, Greg, and Cam have gone above and beyond to help me recover and deal with issues that I've had for years. Above all, their care and compassion speaks volumes.
