Elevate Physical Therapy - Stamford, CT

I love this place! Best PT I’ve ever been to! The whole staff is very knowledgeable and helpful, the hours of operation are accommodating. I mainly have been working with Jake who is awesome, but also spent some time with Josh and Pam who are equally as awesome. These guys make physical therapy fun!

From the start, everyone showed incredible empathy, listening carefully to my concerns and limitations. The program was thoughtfully tailored around these needs, allowing me to progress gradually and safely. I felt significant improvement after the first week. A huge thank you to the team—Patrick is usually my PT, and I can't say enough positive things about him. Shannon has been a tremendous help, and Brendan has been fantastic whenever Patrick isn't available. Grateful for all of you!

Everyone at Elevate is amazing! Kristina at the front desk is always so helpful with anything I need. Pat is an incredible physical therapist! I’ve also seen a few of the other physical therapists and everyone is amazing. Highly recommend if you need physical therapy!

Great facility with an amazing staff from front to back. Christine at the front desk is very helpful and accommodating. Mitchell is an amazing therapist that I feel lucky for being paired with. Mitchell is very knowledgeable about my type of injury and how to improve it. Quincy and Rachel have also been awesome with assisting me in my exercises to make sure I am doing them properly. Would highly recommend the team they have at Elevate to anyone in need of physical therapy.

The positivity and professionalism in this office is extremely amazing!!! They spend time with their patients. They are not like many other places that are like PT factories. They book a nice amount of time with you so they can really work with you. They make sure they are watching you at all times, making sure your form is correct so you don’t hurt anything else. I would recommend them a million times over!!!

Pam and her team are amazing! I particularly enjoyed working with Taylor and Pat. Taylor identified the spot on my neck that was causing numbness in my fingers. Pat is relatively new to this practice but he's already doing an incredible job. I appreciate him always pushing people with the exercises. Krystina, who sits at the front desk at the Stamford location, is also wonderful and super responsive. Highly recommend Elevate PT for those that are looking :).

The care received at Elevate Physical Therapy is superior. From the moment you walk in you feel greeted like your family. You have a primary therapist, yet you do get to know everyone. The team approach is collaborative. They also provide resources for the patient to use for continued success. I would highly recommend them for anyone in need of PT services!
