The Elevate staff are extremely professional. They listen and provide care well. Elevate has a family like atmosphere which is unlike any other medical office I’ve been to. I would recommend Elevate to anyone who needs physical therapy.

I really appreciate the PT team at Elevate Physical Therapy. They are very professional and helpful. I am just starting my second round of therapy with them. First time was for my ankle and I felt great after. I am her for my back and legs and expect the same type of results. Elevate is amazing.

I have had nothing but absolutely wonderful service from Elevate. This was my second visit, I didn't think I could get so much more relief than I did after the first visit. BUT I DID, Gayla has helped me so very much aliviate the pain in my neck and trap /shoulder area. I am going I get more visits but if I don't I will definitely pay for them myself. I am on my second problem in a row with them. Everyone is nice and understanding of my needs and limitations. They have not tried to belittle me or tried to push me beyond my ability. They are nice, friendly, and helpful.

Came in for help with extremely tight trap and neck muscles. Something we were not able to full aliviate with acupuncture. After first visit there was some instant relief. Very pleased with all staff and looking forward to my next visit.

I must admit, I have never had PT prescribed before this point in my life, so I have no experience to compare this too. However, Stephanie Smith and her amazing team at Elevate really live up to their name. They elevate your mood when you come in as well as your range of motion and physical strength. The variety of treatments and tools available really make this place a perfect fit for those who wish to recover, rehabilitate, and become even more resilient.
