I popped into this class and found it to be low key in an non judgmental environment. The instructor, Jen provided easy to understand instruction while offering the back story regarding each movement. A definite class that you should try.

The new Mat ABC class is a workout! Don't let the fact that you're on a mat fool you. With gentle guidance, Jen leads you through a series of floor exercises. For folks recovering from an injury or transitioning from physical therapy to regular activities, the instructor will individualize the exercise to accommodate your limitations. I highly recommend it.

Caitlin was a fantastic instructor. Our staff enjoyed her enthusiasm and her commitment to patient care was evident. She enriched the training by providing personal experiences from her career.
