Elements Massage

CATEENA’s SKILLS = UNMATCHED! I’ve had chronic neck and upper back pain since 2015 and the results of this massage were the closest glimpse I’ve had at being pain free. Most days my pain is about a 7…. 9 on the worst days, but I can confidently say I left out with a soft 2, which is a miracle considering it was only an hour long session. She incorporates heat throughout the whole session and emphasizes stretching as well as, thorough relaxation. I cannot recommend her enough Update: the first visit was amazing; I went back for a second time and very little effort was put in.

This was my first visit here and I had Mark for a deep tissue massage. The massage itself was great! The heated table was nice, and the room was clean. I also liked that I wasn’t pressured to buy a membership or products to take home like I have been at other places. The whole experience was no-stress and very relaxing!! I will definitely be going back!

Elements is a hidden treasure. My husband and I have been going to Elements since before Covid. I prefer Cateena because of her professionalism and patience. She listens to what issues I'm having with my muscles and stress in my neck and shoulders (I'm a teacher-lol). She is attentive and makes sure that the atmosphere and massage are just what I need to feel completely refreshed and relaxed.

Cateena was my massage therapist and she is absolutely amazing. I totally recommend her and will be back to see her!

Pretty good massage and accommodating staff :) I wish they massaged my feet a little more and didn't press on my collar bone/shoulder area but overall the massage was very nice.

If you're looking for a great massage...this is the place. Very professional and knowledgeable massage therapists! Great prices too and they're always running some type of special to help save customers money!

I had a 2 hour stretch and deep tissue massage with Natalie. This was amazing after an extended car trip. I am walking and feeling much better.
