Eldorado Physical Therapy

Denise and Andrea are both great therapists. I have an eccentric lifestyle which contributes to my physical problems. They are astute in managing those symptoms as well as addressing accidents that happened decades ago. Cheerful, informative and highly skilled, I am nourished in body and soul!

I had very attentive, helpful and effective experiences with my short term PT. Therapist Megan was great; patient, informative and fun. Took plenty of time with me, educated me, gave me great explanations for every exercise she taught me and inspired me. Rebecca at front desk was always super busy yet efficient and responsive to all my . requests.

Called to see about an appointment. The person who answered the phone was curt and rude. While I hear good reviews, this initial interaction really put me off. In these times, rudeness becomes more the norm. This is a healthcare, wellness facility, people who are calling perhaps are in pain, being treated rudely when just asking for availability is a real put off. I will be going elsewhere, where although still a waiting period, the person was kind, pleasant and helpful to discuss my issue. The initial contact , for me speaks for the attitude of the whole organization. I think some training in kindness and patient relations could be valuable!
