Elberta Family Practice Clinic

They claim they were ACCEPTING New Patients but FIRST, I must drive over there & pick up a half inch of paperwork in a big envelope. They want to know everything personal info including social security numbers. Returned the packed just to get a letter in mail a week later that they refuse to accept me as a patient. I do not take any kind of pain meds. Nothing to deny me but they did. So they keep my personal 🤔 information and I still didn't see a doctor. Sounds sketchy to me.

I do hope to change my review. I'm following Dr. Marfice from South Baldwin - he is a SPLENDID doctor, for reference. I have deep concerns about the reception and scheduling staff of this office. Today I woke up with white pustules in my throat. Expecting to get in fairly easily, I called Dr. Marfice's new clinic - Elberta Clinic - with the hopes to get in to get it checked out. The receptionist was flat out HOSTILE towards me. Told me they will refuse to see me until I complete new patient paperwork, refused to put me down and even tell me what availability Dr. Marfice even had that day. Why would I want to go somewhere sick and spreading around a potential contagion just to not even have an appointment available? Surely, this clinic can do better. I have faith it will. I may very well change to a five star review if my experience with reception is better than this.

The staff at Elberta Clinic has always been friendly, helpful & great all around. I really like my Dr, David Emerson. He's so informative, down to earth & caring. Elberta Clinic is one of my "Happy Places." 🥰

Over prescribes because he owns the pharmacy next door. I truly hope that at some point this place is investigated, shut down, and the responsible parties held accountable. The people that they're exploiting and taking advantage of have no clue because they've been hooked on prescription pain pills for so long that they are conditioned to believe they're being helped and not hurt. Dr Kurtts, my mom was not just a revenue stream. She was my mom. Your decisions took her away from my sister and I. Everyday I think about that fact, seven years later. You could've said no, sir. You could've said no.

This is without a doubt the finest family clinic I have been to. My wife is an amputee with numerous medical problems and I am elderly with typical elderly knee problems, hypertension and cataracts. We always are well treated when we show for an appointment . DR. WALSH IS THE BEST.

Thank you to the staff of this practice. They were very kind, and helped my mother in law who was visiting from out of state have a very good experience. They worked towards utilizing her out of state insurance, letting her know she did not have to worry and to focus on herself and getting better. The doctors are kind and are looking out for your health.

Based on my knowledge. Someone without my knowledge who this person may be apparently made a phone call to the doctor's office my doctor Joseph Walsh. Apparently made a bogus claim that I was Miss using my medication. This morning on this date I went in to get my prescriptions for my mental physical emotional medication. They deny me my medication and drop me as a patient after 5 years. There will be a male practice lawsuit. If I go without my medication I will fall into deep depression with suicide tendencies. I have been dealing with this condition my entire life. I'm hopeless and I need help and they denied me medical attention. Never my life when I ever dream of this happening I have to find a new doctor. I'm not sure they know what they just did to me. But I'm going to make sure that they know before I fall
