The front desk secretaries are on it when it comes to scheduling or helping patience out of the building. Not to add the help schedule you quick and easy! The physical therapist make it easy to talk to them and be honest. If it hurts it hurts and if you can't you cant it ends there. They will test you though and make sure you're on track. They constantly clean their equipment providing a clean and well organized physical therapy facility.

Everytime I went to physical therapy, I was excited to see everyone that worked here! Everyone was so incredibly sweet and kind, and the entire time I was in physical therapy, I felt welcomed and important! The physical therapy also helped me a lot with my dislocated knees, and I'm grateful they took everything I said to heart about my pain and issues related to my knees.

My experience was great here at the Horizon Valley clinic, everyone is really kind and treat you with great care. They constantly check up in you and make sure you’re doing ok. There has been special needs patients and I have seen how all the staff is very alert and never distracted. They provide special care and are very patient with children and special needs patients. Keep up the good work! :)

They are super nice and kind, recently my son had been in a knee recovery and the people here are helping him a lot. Very flexible hourly. I recommend this therapy service.

Very professional, clean and everyone there is super nice they make you feel welcome Kevin, Rudy and staff are wonderful there truly amazing my therapies are great my wrist is almost at 100 percent fixed I highly recommend this place it’s number one from all other places I been too. Horizon location is where I go to .. Front desk is awesome as well
