My Father in law was placed here for rehabilitation due to muscle waste. The CNA was nasty and rude, she should not be working with vulnerable people. I bought it to the attention of the Nurse.

We're impressed by how much the team cares about their patients and how well they are treated and how great their environment is. My dad was in the process of slowly recovering from a neurological condition that was causing him unable to function properly on his own and was needing a lot of attention to his physical condition and the way they were able to manage his health was amazing. They also showed great compassion towards him and always gave him some encouragement and support. They kept him clean and happy also gave him medication on time and schedule his appointments for him and keep the family informed about him. They are truly the best and angels for our blessed family!

My son has lived in the ICFDD (intermediate care for the developmentally disabled) section for 29 years. He receives exemplary care and so much love from the staff. They are truly a family and such a blessing.

Can't say enough good things about El Encanto. My sister has been here for 7 months and loves it. She is really into Christmas and El Encanto had beautiful decorations everywhere. They even had a Santa bring each resident a present. They also participated in decorated the tree. This is the ONLY place my sister has been happy with, so I gladly make the longer drive to visit her. It is so worth it to see her happy.

My life partner was transferred here in Jan. With a terminal illness. Staff not rude but inattentive. Passed away quickly, kept him so doped up couldn't talk or text last 10 days of his life even if he asked for no sleepy pills, as expecting visitors. Wonder why they kept him so doped up all the time...

We had to bring my mom to this facility for hospice care since that was our only option due to her illness. thankfully my siblings and i stay with her everyday, shes never alone. ive noticed some bad things about this facility. nurses take very long to take care of patients when they are needed. ive noticed some of the patients yelling for more than two hours because the nurses dont come since theyre really short on staff. there was a time where i heard a nurse yell 'eres latoso' to a patient, meaning he was annoying. my mother heard her and she started getting nervous and anxious so i reported the CNA to the front desk. theres a lot of rude CNAs. i still dont understand why they decided to take that career if they hate it.

The staff here are so irresponsible. Im an EMT and we pick up patients out of here several times. They will try to send patients that needs intense monitoring with BLS unit. And this nurse gave me a totally wrong information as they hurried us oit of the door. On top of that the staff were rude and indifferent. Irresponsible staff!! Do not send your loved one here to be neglected!

This place is kept very clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly. My sister-in-law is here and the only downfall is it's a drive for us. Thousand times better than the other place she was in.
