El Centro Comprehensive Pain Management Center

The doctors are great, staff is friendly but the policies aren't great and appointments like most of the valley are lengthy. I need treatment but they couldn't accommodate taking my child with me for the visit when I couldn't find a sitter. I understand covid restrictions and am someone that's very cautious and careful about it. At what point did these institutions and offices stop treating patients like humans and not just another patient/customer. Good place for in and out service but don't expect anything beyond that.

The Drs.actually care for their patients , you're not just another paycheck stamped on your forehead like in other places .The staff are awesome and knowledgeable! The doctors here will keep in contact with your Drs. And they give you the best care!

Dr. Thompson and her staff are very professional, caring, and knowledgeable about pain management. I also found them to be so very patient in helping me to resolve my pain. Thank you!

Highly recommend all staff is super friendly and nice . Front desk always super helpful . They always take their time to answer and explain all my questions and concerns.

I don’t even want to give them one star but I have to I came in the morning with my daughter for a consultation and they would not let me go in because there’s a baby I explain to her we’re not from here we don’t know anybody and they still refuse to let me inside with the baby and I work at the same time that they’re open so my daughters not even able to be seen because she doesn’t have a babysitter and they’re refusing to let the baby inside their rude disrespectful inconsiderate and are not willing to work with you There’s suggestion it was to wait in the car with the baby wow it is way too hot for the baby to be in the car

Nurses are so nice. Female doctor is awesome and trying to actually understand and help.
