El Cajon Family Health Center

Came as walk in for my son and front desk staff was so unprofessional I don’t know how they hire them I don’t know who manages the front desk staff but they are not doing their job properly at all!!! One of the front desk staff her name was Andrea from when I came in she was very rude and bothered I came up to her. She was not attentive to any concerns I had and was cursing and chatting with co workers rolled her eyes multiple times Honestly will not be coming back to such an unorganised place and would not recommend to anyone to come to such a place They need a better management for the front desk staff because who ever is doing it now needs to do a better job !!!!!!

All the staff here are friendly, helpful and efficient. Never have to wait too long to be seen by someone. Dr. Joshua Bruhn, in urgent care is an excellent doctor. He is not only extremely knowledgeable, but truly cares about getting to the root cause of whatever is ailing you. Family Health Center's is truly fortunate to have a doctor like Dr. Bruhn.

They rejected me at their urgent care because I had an appointment at another facility in three days. I told them I wanted to be seen sooner because I didn't feel good. Lady said no, I am canceling your visit today. They simply don't care about you or you well-being.

When your heart rate monitor for a OBGYN fetus checkup visit machine doesn't work, wouldn't you switch to a different machine that works? Instead they go off by what they got, send you to a hospital just to be told everything is fine, they are a waste of time just like they're phone calls they always be reminding you or scheduling or confirming or whatever the case just to get a dollar from people.Check your equipment.

I was at the clinic and there was a lady her name was Nadeem Zako she is the worst person ever giving attitude to the patients. And not doing her job properly, just wasting time of the patients . I can say again she is the worst.

I went to urgent care when I checked in the guy told me an hour and when I asked how much longer the lady’s said 2-3 hours wait only when there was only 2 people in waiting area. The lady’s are all talking in the office and don’t hurry up and try to get care to their patients. If you plan on going plan to be there for over 4 hours ! Ridiculous!

So today i had a dr appointment over the phone, and i missed it all because of the unprofessional people who kept transferring me around from one person to another. I wasted 20 minutes of my life just to get 0 answers and my son not seen the dr for his swollen eye. Im soo disappointed in the way the staff where being

The staff are very friendly and helpful here especially the two young gentleman upfront in The Urgent care, doctors are professional and helped me with my issues. Also was the quickest service I’ve received in a medical facility. Definitely would recommend this location.
