Had to reschedule. I was unable to reschedule because I was unable to get someone on the phone to make a new appointment. Just stopped going. Received bill and paid in full. Idiots there still sent me to collections even though I have proof of payment. I paid again to collection agency scabs so I don't get interest on the $50.00 dollar debt. I also paid, so it does not look bad on my credit. Definitely do not recommend it.

POOR RESPONSE FROM SURGEON- My best friend had a total knee surgery on 7/1 and this office and provider are TERRIBLE with helping the patient control pain. We have waited 2 days with broken promises to return calls or call in a script which they said they would. I would not recommend this provider - Dr Briggs. They care about the surgery and getting paid for that but the follow up patient care is very poorly handled!

Horrible customer service. Schedulers that answer the phone speak to you in a tone of voice that says you don’t matter. Four times the scheduler said I had to speak with billing and transferred me. Four times I spoke with billing and was “approved” to make an appointment with the 3 different Ortho specialists (knee, spine, and hand). When I got to the first appointment, the clerk at the desk did not smile or act happy to see me. I was told to wait in the lobby. 6 other patients were called back - all arrived after me. I was then called to the desk and told they didn’t take my insurance and I had to speak to billing again. I was handed the phone and the lady in billing was rude about telling me that I was not going to be seen and neither she nor the clerk apologized for the waste of time - nor did they apologize for the 4 times I was told I could be seen. I spent precious PTO time to go and be told at the appointment that they would not see me. Your office front desk staff and billing department and scheduling staff need people skills training. Not one was friendly or courteous and not one apologized for wasting my time.

I have been a patient of Dr. Cassim's now for a couple of years and I think he is amazing. He is caring, he listens and understands the pain people are in. I always tell anyone who is looking for a great Dr about Dr. Cassim. However the Front office desk staff leaves a lot to be desired. They are rude, have no people skills and make you feel very unwelcome. The people on the Front desk are the first ones a patient talks to when making an appointment and by the sound of the tone they take with you on the phone they could care less if you made an appointment or not. I came in today to pick up my Hard copy and the gal sitting at the desk didn't even smile she had a mad look on her face. Never greeted me with a hello, how are you nothing just handed me the paperwork and that was it. I am tired of being treated like that and the office manager needs to take a better look at what the front desk gals are and are not doing. This treatment is not professional or welcoming to existing patients or new patients. If you do not have people skills your in the wrong job.

I absolutely agree with the praise for Dr. Cassim. He is a very caring Doctor. However - the entire team of office personnel (including schedulers) leaves a lot to be desired. The office manager has a lot of work to do to rectify the uncaring, "story" telling personnel working for her/him. I for one will not be going back to Dr. Cassim because of their overall attitude. Sorry, Dr. Cassim - you did your best.

This was my first visit. Only took about five minutes to be called in. Within another couple of minutes they had me set-up & had x-rays on my left hip. Dr DeSantis came in and checked out my x-rays said I had a good hip. Problem is I have bursitis. Got set-up within three hours for a cortisone shot. the following Monday. Everyone was very friendly, explained all the instructions, I couldn't be more happy. Oh did I say I got in as a first time patient in three days! How can you beat that.

I recently met Dr. Cassim after seeing several Doctors. Dr. Cassim was the most informative, patient and seemed to really care. He made me feel as though he had no other patients. Great Pain Management Specialist.
