Patient experiences
Unreliable in answering the phone to even set up an appointment. I saw a vehicle outside, called, and still no answer. It just shows where we stand as a priority as customers in their eyes. Man we need yall. We're upset because we need you. Please figure it out.
Staff eas very friendly, and even when they were understaffed, they worked proficiently to get everyone in and out in a timely manner.
Wonderful staff. Very easily to work with and a great asset to the Edwards community. Would love to see more investment in this from the TW.
My favorite veterinarians in california! They are so helpful and friendly. They treat our pups like family. I have never left unsatisfied or unhappy with the service they provided. They really do go above and beyond.
Clinic is horrible. The current Dr. Does not care to see family pets and does not seem to serve the Edwards Community. Save yourself some time and money and go off base.
