My virtual visit with Shawn was absolutely amazing! I've tried teledoc services before through my insurance provider and every visit I have felt like I was rushed and prescribed medication. That was not the case with Ecure! Shawn listened to all of my concerns and followed up with responses to them all. She also provided me with valuable information for how to prevent the symptoms to which I was having. I will also say that it put me more at ease to have a familiar face rather than a random person on the other side of the video call. Thank you for your services!!!!
