Social worker Robin can't keep appts"something always comes up in her schedule" and when you can't change the time for the 3rd time she doesn't respond back. So then you never know when she will show up. When she did show up she had her dog in the car (it was snowing and cold) told us she had to get out of here 3 times bc she didnt plan on being here this long. Kept pushing off my questions for next time. When i requested a new social worker her boss called wanted to gather info on why i wanted someone else since she never had a complaint. It doesn't matter there's a first time for everything! She continues to tell me theres not another social worker to see my gma she'll just have Robin write up a discharge form. Total crap! She even told me its just he say she say. Find another company but if you like your time wasted feel free to call them!
