great customer service, great patient care. Ask about the sliding fee if you do not have insurance, they can go off of any household income that is brought in by patient to get the copay lower than full price.

Only went once. I hadn’t seen a general practitioner in over a year because my old doctor retired. Gave them a try and was disappointed. The doctor or nurse practitioner(not sure which)was cold rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. I had been very sick for over a week. (Pneumonia and COVID like symptoms…this was my second time being sick in a month as well) she tested me for all the usuals. Told me since the results were negative I just need to rest, hydrate and wait it out. I have autoimmune issues and can get hospital sick quickly. I try to explain my issues and was dismissed again. I couldn’t even finish because she knew my health better than me and I needed to listen to her. She explained that I need to hydrate, rest, and take over the counter meds as needed. Meanwhile I couldn’t breathe well, had a terrible cough, lost my sense of smell, was running fevers, sharp pain in my side, I was so weak that it was hard to go to the appointment. I asked if we could do any other tests, or if I could at least get a cough medicine/possible steroid. That is the least amount of help that my previous doctor gave me….And she quickly explained why that wouldn’t help me. I just needed to wait it out, end of visit. She acted like I was being ridiculous because wasn’t satisfied with her assessment. I was desperate to get better and tried to advocate for myself only to be talked down to. Just the most condescending woman. Surprise, I had to go to the ER 2 days later because I was so sick. After X-rays and multiple tests…they gave me breathing treatments, fluids, meds, and many prescriptions. And to add insult to injury , I received a bill in the mail about a month later. It is a community clinic as well, I qualified for the extra help as well as having insurance that should have covered everything. I don’t even have a copay. Now I have to call them and try to get this settled. I don’t have high hopes for this getting resolved quickly. It’s just stupid y’all. I highly don’t recommend . Try instead ivy creek in Wetumpka. They are great.

Great one on one health care, although exiting I asked if I owed anything and was told no but got a bill two days later for an astronomical amount, I wasn't pleased to say the least.
