I recently went to the rehab services at the Ellington YMCA for a frozen shoulder where I saw Adam who helped me to regain movement in my shoulder and to decrease the pain I was experiencing. Adam is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend the ECHN Rehab Services at the Ellington YMCA!
Visited the rehab services at the Ellington. YMCA for a broken elbow. The entire staff is extremely nice. I saw Adam who helped me work and strengthen my arm after an injury. Their knowledge and resources are very helpful and would recommend to anyone seeking physical therapy. 10/10
