I had a serious neck surgery called Stenosis and my neck muscles were as weak as a new born baby. The Eastwest physical Therapist came out a plan to help me gain back my strength in a positive progressive method. Don, my therapist is kind and thoughtful. He always takes my situation into consideration but encourage me to face the challenges.
Don always challenges me and should be commended for being so creative with his workout routines. The other physical therapies I’ve been too weren’t so great they never challenged me and I love how much better my knee feels better. The staff here is also incredibly nice!
Very good experience. I learned a lot of good exercises and stretches that I can do on my free time. Highly recommended.
