Please do not ever take your kids here they do not prioritize pediatrics I waited here for two hours with the whole business empty they kept claiming that there was patients in front of me but all the rooms were empty and nobody came to see us I started to get very impatient towards the end of two hours because my two-year-old daughter was uncomfortable and freezing and we were tired of being there and all I was getting was that the doctor would be there and then to finish it off when I finally got the courage to ask hey did you guys forget about us the nurse practitioner said with a very big attitude I’ll help you shortly I had to leave because the Care there is not very good and I hadn’t seen anybody leave but there was four people in front of me when I got there and I wasn’t trying to spend the rest ofMy afternoon there next time I’ll go to Riverside community Hospital or Ironstone urgent care they are much better and faster don’t waste your time with these people because they don’t do their jobs they sit around on their phones and they are very disrespectful. I could not believe the response I got from their nurse practitioner. Oh yeah I don’t think you’re gonna see a doctor here because they don’t have one.

The worst doctor I have seen in my life, he treated me in a rude manner. I do not recommend going to this place. You will waste your time.

If I could leave a zero start I would. Horrible experience. To start the front desk person was wondering around talking about her personal life to another worker when I had told her I couldn't sign in. Then the doctor if you can call him that, didn't do anything, I when in there extremely sick he said there was nothing wrong and that he can only prescribed ibuprofen. I got up and walk out and he still had the audacity to say "what not good enough for you" NOO I when in there cuz it was urgent not cuz I wanted to.

Worst place ever . This place has a horrible customer service, I waited 2 hours for my sick child for a 2-minute visit. Never a Dr seen him, came a nurse practitioner after hours, my son had a high fever, a high heart rate, and his oximetry was down the levels, but their attitude was very rude and disrespectful, I request a thermometer and oximeter and they just ignored me, they were talking and laughing between them. When I complain about this they were ruder to us, they didn't take his vitals signs again, and they literally threw me an ice pack and just told me to put him, really extremely rude and insensitive, for the last time I request again an oximeter and thermometer but it was not possible, then I had to take my child to another place and they just said ok bye and continue talking ignored the situation. I don't understand how rude and inhuman people can work in health facilities.

Every time I come here I’m seen right away I have gout and the staff are very caring and helpful to me Scott makes me brand new they take my pain and suffering away they meet and exceed all my expectations thank you so much Scott

The Urgent Care Lobby literally only had one other person in the cue, which now I look back and realize is probably because this place is known to treat their patients poorly. The MD was good & provided me with the consulate needed thank god. Administration desk and nurse were absolute trash and were rude throughout the whole process. They would result to attitude if any questions were asked as if YOU wrk for THEM. Unacceptable.

Worst experience they take forever just to check you in and they sit there and have conversations instead of assisting their patients people come out but no one is called in!

Total waste of time. Gave them specific information about shoulder pain I was having and offered information from an experience chiropractor. They didn't ask to review it. There was zero effort to treat the problem. All they did was raise my arm up and down, do an X-ray which was negative, and offer Motrin. They don't have an MRI machine.
