Eastside takes wonderful care of their residents. The employees are kind and caring. They go above and beyond to help and make their residents comfortable. Leigh is the best at managing the many requests she gets all the time. She is responsive to all questions and concerns. The facility is always clean and they decorate beautifully for all holidays. Trent does an amazing job! The nurses and aids are excellent. The activity director is great at getting the residents involved. The kitchen staff make great meals and do their best to take care of special requests. The laundry staff keep clothes and bedding nice. I highly recommend you trust them to take care of your loved ones.

Both of my grandparents and my dad have been residents at Eastside. What I loved most about having them there is that all of the staff knew them. They truly cared about my family members. If I ever had a concern, I was able to communicate that and know it would be taken care of. Even when my dad needed help with every area, I knew that he was well taken care of when I was not able to be there. I still stay in touch with some of my dad's nurses even though he has been in heaven for over 4 years. When extra care was needed for my family, I was thankful that there was a local facility to help us.

My mother used to work at Eastside, so I used to be there a lot when I would go in to see my mom or getting something from her. I love this place. I love the staff, the residents, and even the maintenance guys! Everyone at Eastside knows the importance of teamwork in a healthcare setting. They know that communication is key for success, and they are always making sure they communicate with one another! The staff goes above and beyond for their residents, and other staff members! Not only is the staff amazing, but the facility in general is as well! It’s very well kept, clean, and overall it makes the residents feel like they are at home. Eastside is a wonderful place, and they understand they understand the hardships that come with placing loved ones in a home away from home. Eastside is a great, loving, homey, and welcoming place that is excellent for your loved one!

Eastside has a family atmosphere for their residents and staff. They work hard, work together as a team, and provide excellent resident care. The food is well prepared. There are various fun activities daily. The laundry, housekeepers and maintenance staff keep the facility clean and in good working order. The management team knowledgeable and involved with resident and staff engagement.

I just recently left eastside a couple weeks ago and it is an amazing facility! The residents are always taken care of and want for nothing! I truly enjoyed working there because everyone is always welcome and you all feel like one big family! We were hardly ever without any supplies and had everything we needed to provide the best care possible! I love my eastside family and always will!!

My mom has been a resident at Eastside Healthcare & Rehabilitation for almost a year now with multiple health issues and needing around the clock care/assistance. The employees at Eastside have been so caring and nurturing not to mention supportive of us family members! I’ve heard countless stories from people over the years about other facilities and their horrible experiences. But at Eastside we know she’s getting everything that those stories lacks in - great communication from staff, careful notations and a constant eye on current issues as well anything that unexpectedly arises, daily interactions with positive staff members and residents. Eastside Health and Rehab Center is a great place for my mom at this time in her life. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They keep me updated on her health issues. She tells me, "They take good care of me here." She feels at home there!

My husband was a resident at Eastside for three years. We could not have asked for better care from the nursing staff. He couldn't feed himself, communicate or reposition himself. He never had any skin breakdown. His nutritional needs were covered well by dietary. I was the Discharge Planner at our local hospital for many years. I was always comfortable recommending this nursing home and still do when asked. Their multidisciplinary team works hard to meet all the needs of their residents.
