Terrific place helping people with special needs I went there for hearing aids everyone is smiling very positive attitude and very uplifting

The doctor was late twice, and then failed to show up to our appointment that she scheduled and didn't confirm, and did not specify if it would be a zoom call or in person, we drove an hour out of our way for her to gaslight us and tell us :it's in the paperwork and the last meeting would be a zoom call.....there was no zoom meeting room number, no confirmation or anything. And she also said she failed to do tests correctly due to time / resources and got results anyways? Because she didn't see behaviors that my daughter has that it doesn't exist? And doesn't count? And still no diagnosis? Why on earth did you take our money???It is hard to take someone's professional opinion when they barely look put together. Out of control and unacceptable. Very unprofessional. And the CEO of the company's office is dirty , packaged with medical supplies and looks like a storage unit.

We were very impressed by the team at the Feeding Clinic. They provided a thorough and comprehensive evaluation of my daughter. They were able to tell us things that other professionals had missed for years! Great group to work with.

So Poor service and very greedy. They are machine of taking money of people. I paid all money as they suggested on their dashboard but after paying a lot they sent more bill after 2 months. I asked about questions about the bill and asked for details. They took 2 more months for reply and sent me details like that adjustment. Never never go there. They never think about people why we coming to them, only thinking about money.very very bad experience. I am more afraid will I get more bills. So poor 👎👎👎👎👎

They can conveniently see you for an evaluation, recommend treatment, send you a bill, and not provide the therapy recommended. I made an appointment with Easterseal per my pediatricians recommendations. My son's speech was delayed and we were looking to start therapy as soon as possible. I was given an appointment for the initial evaluation relatively quickly. While the evaluation seemed to go well, I can't say I was happy with the therapist that continued to call my son by the incorrect name, even after I corrected her several times. Nonetheless, that is not way I gave this review only 1 star. After receiving a call back from the coordinator that my son does indeed need to begin therapy- it was recommended that he attend 2 days per week. I was informed that the first available appointment was not for 3 months. I was never informed of a waiting list to begin therapy and was unpleasantly surprised to hear how long this wait would be given how quickly he was able to be seen for the evaluation. I was able to find a different facility to provide my son with the appropriate therapy he needed the very next week. Easterseal should have never taken us as a new patient, when they were not able to provide the necessary therapy.

The team at Easterseals DuPage & Fox Valley is professional, courteous, and provide outstanding evaluations and therapy services. I highly recommend Easterseals DFV!

I’m very impressed by the work being done with my son for speech! We previously went somewhere else and it’s night and day, Joanna is doing so great with my son! I wish I would have started here to begin with!

We went here to get a hearing screening on my 2yo. Everyone is so friendly, and they had toys every step of the way to keep my kiddo busy. They really know what they're doing here!
