My son was discharged from the program without any warning or insight. Just stated he is too much we will try again later. Never seen any improvement as far as his speech and I was never given any feedback or update on his therapy sessions. I only heard from them when they discharged him.

These are some good people that work here my nephew has been with them now for 2yrs they help the youth find good Summer Jobs don't let your babies be at home when theres help out here .

April 2024 You get new information every time you come. Now my child has been moved back to the speech waitlist no other choice after learning that he can’t receive speech like he has weekly in the past and now they want to charge an arm and a whole body who in the hell will pay that much for services weekly and he got insurance and now the copay has changed too. The therapists are great it’s that front office you need to watch. Not happy at all. Maybe it’s for the best to look elsewhere. Nov 2023 if your child get sick often, beware of the attendance policy…you will get kicked out. 🙄 oh well Update May 2023 so the attendance rule is a little on the “darn if you do, darn if you don’t.” Otherwise awesome facility and I still see the progression in my son. Update April 2023 Recently started speech therapy 🙌🏽 Going good so far for OT. I would just love for my son to get to speech therapy there as well. Currently on a wait list for it.

We have been going here for OT once a week for over 4 months now and we love it so much! The facility is extremely clean and the staff is wonderful. Our child has made so much progress working with her therapist they have helped her so much ❤️

My son currently goes here for OT. Things are going ok but they could be better, I think. Is handwriting needs the most work but right now his therapist is concentrating on other things. They’re all important - don’t get me wrong but school is starting soon and his handwriting is not what a 5th grader should be. It looks worse than a kindergartners. We like our therapist though so we’re sticking it out.

I had an appointment here today. Everyone was absolutely wonderful. However there was to ladies that worked behind the window. They were not the most kindly. I tried to schedule a follow up appointment and she refused to let me set it. never looked up from her phone and stated " I will call you". Not to mention it was another lady standing there with her child waiting to ask her a question as well. like why are this jobs so lenient on workers using their cellphones. Also allowing them to ignore customers. I have a child that ignores me,the reason I'm there, to get ignored by any adult. However the facility was amazing.just those two ladies.

My son has received occupational therapy here for a few years. I absolutely love it. He was receiving OT at another place before and was dismissed when he met his first set of goals. Easterseals keeps assessing his goals and progress. I’ve seen wonderful improvements since we began compared to now.

Tanesha was amazing!! She helped me so much with getting an appointment for my son because I’d been waiting a long time to receive a call from them to have him seen and she was able to help me get him in a lot faster. She was kind and patient. I’m so glad I decided to call the day I did and was able to speak with her as opposed to other people I talked to in the past that wasn’t much help there. Looking forward to seeing how they would be able to help my son.
