Eastern Oregon Physical Therapy

Had an appointment scheduled for an hour. My wife had a major surgery the day before and was not feeling well so I ended up running a half hour late, which left me with a half hour scheduled. They said I was considered a no-show and charged me for the appointment. My opinion “professionally” if you’re running a health care business, actually help the people instead of being money hungry, they could’ve showed me a few things in the time I had left and had paid for. As a business owner I do understand scheduled appointments but I was not asking for them to go over, just to use the time I had left Honestly, I wouldn’t even give them a 1 star but had to in order to leave a review to let the people know how she runs her business!!!! I called and spoke with the front desk girl to let her know to cancel the rest of my appointments and I ended up getting a text message reminder for the next appointment and my wife received an email for a reminder. I called and spoke with the owner and she could not explain as to why my wife and I received these messages! If I didn’t return a call they probably would have charged my insurance!! Be aware people. This is the difference between a business owner who wants to help their clients VS a business owner that is money hungry and don’t care about them!!!!

This place is awesome! All of the therapists are knowledgeable and will push you. The assistants are super helpful. Highly recommend.

It works! They help push yourself to get back to a new normal after accidents or surgeries. I would recommend EOPT to everybody.

Great staff! Loved the energy here! Made my time go by fast, gave me the support needed to keep going through the bike. Loved the HGTV as I'm renovating my house! Thank you for providing great staff to make my recovery fun!

This is my third time coming to Eastern Oregon Physical Therapy and I have nothing but good to say. Jeff Snell and his whole crew including the office staff are always polite and welcome their patients to each visit. The staff on the floor all work well together and keep on top of everything on the floor. They also are watching and listening to the patients for signs they are in pain or joy having pain. They have helped me get back to full capacity to get back to work. I would like to thank you all for your hard work and dedication to your patients!!!! Thanks very much Rick Racus

I would definitely recommend EOPT for any therapeutic services you might need. Talented team of physical therapists along with very friendly staff. I’ve been a client at EOPT after multiple surgical procedures due to sports injuries. They did a great job helping me recover from these procedures along with getting me back to competing at the collegiate level.

Called in to ask a question and the staff was very rude! Seemed like it would be a very unpleasant experience if I actually went in, so decided to look elsewhere for services.

I have had very good gains any very strong results with my therapy in the past and now with my right knee best place for therapy and I been to many others thanks eastern Oregon therapy
