Everyone at East End OT is amazing! First of all, it’s a beautiful and clean facility. The atmosphere and attitude of everyone working there is positive, helpful, and I became comfortable going there on a weekly basis quite quickly. They also had availability when I needed it for appointments. When I first began, I had severe pain in my left hand and was struggling to do daily normal activities. After a few months of working with Melissa and her team, I regained a significant amount of strength and mobility in my hand. I’m proud to say that I’m now pain free! I can’t thank them enough for giving me a normal quality of life back!

I was a HUGE skeptic when my orthopedist recommended Occupational therapy for my thumb injury. I had been to PT in the past for other injuries and didn't feel like it really worked. From the time I made my first appointment, until my final appointment yesterday I can not get over the improvement in mobility and pain level. The therapists and student therapists there are knowledgeable, friendly, and effective! Always a warm Welcome from Stephanie when you come in the door. I will actually miss going!

I was very impressed with the staff in the new Massapequa location. In particular, Melissa did a great job. She really cared and went the extra mile to ensure that my recovery was thorough. I was particularly impressed with her intensity- where you can really see her zeal and dedication to the job. Even my MD was impressed with the work done on my hand. I would highly recommend her and this facility. Thank you Melissa.

From start to finish I had the most pleasant experience here. Every employee from Stephanie at the front desk to Melissa (OT) were so kind and helpful. I got my movement and strength back in my finger/hand in about 8 visits. Thanks for everything!

I’ve been going to East End Occupational Therapy about seven weeks now. I displaced the radical bone in my wrist and after surgery needed therapy. I had no idea who to go to so I googled East End. I’m so glad I chose them. From the very first session I was treated with professionalism and understanding. Anthony and his staff couldn’t have treated me better. My questions and concerns were answered. The improvement in my wrist/hand has improved so much In just a relatively short amount of time. I leave there feeling terrific. I highly recommend East End Occupational therapy

I tripped and fell in July and shattered my elbow and broke both forearm bones which required a 3.5 hour surgery to replace my elbow and have a plate and 7 screws inserted. Thanks to the caring and expert professional help of East End Occupational Therapy I have begun to recover and regain my arm use even surprising my surgeon on how far I’ve come in the last 3 months. I am fully confident that this team of experts will help bring me back as far as humanly possible. I will be eternally grateful to East End for helping this 73 year old active retiree get back to an active and filling life style.

I visited the office to have custom hand splints made for carpal tunnel. I met with Melissa who was professional, caring and, as it turns out, an artist when it comes to fabricating custom splints.
