After 12 years of back/hip/leg pain I feel like a million bucks. Dr. Joe is professional, straight forward and makes you feel comfortable. I have a ways to go but it’s been so easy to trust the process. Don’t wait 12 years like me, book the appointment!

I wish I could give East Coast Spine and Sport more than 5 stars. I have been suffering from debilitating back pain for months and Dr. Joe provided relief within just a few sessions. I am now completely pain free after just over a month of going and I feel like I have my life back. I have been to several different chiropractors in the past and Dr. Joe’s approach is the most personalized I have seen. He takes the time to listen to you and your complaints every session and tailors your session to your current issues. He also provides expert advice on what to do at home and shows me proper strengthening techniques to keep my spine in alignment.

I started with East Coast Spine & Sport about a month ago, looking for help with my neck, back, and shoulder pain. The neck and back are chronic pains, but the shoulder pain was new and very intense. Dr. Joe is super knowledgeable and has been using some pretty snazzy equipment to help address the problem areas. In just a few weeks, I have learned more about why things hurt than in my 20 years of visiting other chiropractors. The healing process for my shoulder is slow and painful, but I have seen such great results that it's worth the pain! The only downside is that he does not accept insurance (I can't say that I blame him), but that just means it's a little extra work for me. I can live with that. There are too many upsides for that to make a difference. I highly recommend East Coast Spine & Sport and Dr. Joe.

East Coast Spine and Dr Joe are excellent. This is a nice easy place to work with too. They have a very easy scheduling system and text reminders. The adjustments I get are top notch and my back feels better right away along with some excellent take away knowledge for in between appointments. I would rate this total experience a 5 out of 5. It’s easy to sign in as a new patient as well. Excellent across the board and highly recommended.

I've had a great experience at East Coast Spine and Sport. Treatment has been very beneficial and each step is explained thoroughly as well as which muscles each exercise is going to help. I recommend meeting Dr. Thurston and seeing how he can help you if you suffer from any type of back issue.

I’ve been to quite a few chiropractors, doctors, and physical therapists but was beyond impressed with East Coast Spine and Sport. From the office space and setup to Allison at the front desk with A+ service throughout the new patient process. Joe was by far the most knowledgeable, patient and thorough person I have ever seen in 15 years of dealing with lower back discomfort. He took the time to explain my potential issues, how we were going to tackle them and the process to become self sufficient with my own maintenance. Absolutely an amazing Team and highly recommended!
