East Coast Audiology and Physical Therapy - Surprise

In August of 2022 my husband was seen by Dr. Marina Abrams. From the time of his initial visit up until yesterday, she has been very professional, kind & respectful. She explained everything throughly. Dr. Abrams is very knowledgeable in her field as well as Ethical. The receptionist Shelly is also great. Anytime we needed to be seen, he was given a prompt appointment. I highly recommend East Coast Audiology to those who are looking for top notch professionalism in every aspect. I apologize for taking so long to review this facility.

I was referred to East Coast Audiology and Physical Therapy from a local ENT. Dr Marina Abrams performed my audiology assessment. I was extremely pleased with her eye for detail and assessment of my condition. Dr. Abrams developed a detailed plan and successfully treated me immediately. Dr Abrams shared all aspects of what she was doing and explained in detail what she was doing and expected results. I was scheduled several physical therapy appointments which is clearing up my vertigo and related issues. Dr Abrams and her staff are all experts in the audiology field. What impressed me the most is the individual and caring approach to me and my issues. I was a person with a problem needing personal understanding and care. I recommend Dr. Marina Abrams, East Coast Audiology and Physical Therapy for all audiology needs. I trust her and her staff for addition physical therapy needs. I scheduled additional appointments for back and neck related issues. Thanks to the entire staff! They all work as a team not an individual. Knowledge and communications are their strong points!

I’ve seen Dr Abrams twice now, once to get established as a patient, and a second follow up visit to adjust my hearing aids. She is attentive, skilled, and knows the broad picture about how to help adjust your hearing aids for greatest everyday function. First visit she found and replaced some parts that were sub-par. I was very impressed.

I had a wonderful and informative experience with Dr Abrams. She was extremely attentive to my hearing concerns and was very detailed in her explanation, examination, and testing. I was not only impressed with her work ethics but thankful for her kindness and attentiveness to my needs. The office staff was also very welcoming and friendly each time I was there. Thank you.

Dr. Abrams is the best of the best! I searched far and wide for someone closer than ASU Tempe to do an auditory processing evaluation, she has been a God send. She goes above and beyond to answer all of my questions and has helped with suggestions and recommendations for my son's IEP.

Ashley was wonderful. She worked me hard but was always encouraging! If I need therapy again, I won’t hesitate in choosing this company.

My first visit to East Coast Audiology and Physical Therapy was yesterday following recent surgery and it was a wonderful experience. Dr. Marina Abrams performed my audiology and VNG testing and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire 2-1/2 hour process. Overall, I give Dr. Abrams an "oustanding" rating and highly recommend East Coast Audiology and Physical Therapy.

Dr Nicole Lockwood has been a god send on getting my life back with walking and balance issues I had before seeing her. Life changing for me! If this would allow me to give 10 stars, this is what I give, she deserves it! I highly recommend her! Also want compliment how wonderful Shelly is at the front desk! She is so pleasant and efficient at her job! She is what every Dr office should have. She always greets you with a smile and is so accommodating! Very nice!
