East Bay Physical Therapy and Pilates

I had a great physical therapy appointment for my injury. Raminder did all sorts of tests to identify which muscles were irritated and to figure out exactly what happened (it wasn't the muscle I thought it was after my own research but actually two other muscles nearby). Then he helped me massage it on the spot and taught me everything I need to know to treat it at home and prevent it from happening again in the future. He even had me record a short video of him explaining everything so I wouldn't forget. He really knows what he's doing and I'm gonna refer all my friends here for any future sports type injuries.
