The quality of the PT was fine, but they don’t hold their staff accountable when it comes to inappropriate behavior. I’d like to warn women considering this PT to go elsewhere. This may not seem relevant, but I work in astronomy. It's common for people to show interest in my job when going through "what do you do" small talk. I've run into people who have been passionate amateur astronomers and we've been able to have conversations about it without issue. Just keep that in mind. So this came up when I was talking to my PT. Then the next time I'm there, a tech was assigned to me who said he was interested in astronomy, cool! We talk about space, all fine. Then things started getting a little weird, with phrases like "it's so hard finding someone as interested in astronomy as I am." At this point, it's just a feeling. I have a boyfriend, so suffice to say I'm not interested. I might not even be reading things correctly and people can't always help that initial interest, so I ignored it. Then afterwards, if this tech ever saw me he would pop in and try to talk, but not about astronomy. Usually small talk things you would do to get to know a person. But he wouldn't stay for more than a moment and usually wouldn't even come fully into the room, so again I ignored it. Then last time, he came fully into the room, shut the door, and tried to talk to me. He started with something related to my job, "How's work? How's the world of astronomy?" then continued trying to make small talk about things unrelated to astronomy. There was also about 80% silence as I was mostly shutting down the conversation because I was uncomfortable that he'd shut the door, something no one did unless it required privacy. In that silence he's just staring at me doing my exercises. Halfway through he was called to do something else. I later asked a friend in medicine, and the best reason they could come up with for him being there was making sure my form was correct, but then why would he leave halfway through, and usually no one was in the room with me. So no, this doesn't cross any horrible lines. If this was where the story ended I wouldn't be giving the place 1 star. That’s because of the way it was handled. I was uncomfortable, and I wanted to let my PT know. I didn't want to get the guy in trouble, he seemed maybe new and probably didn't realize what he was doing could make a patient uncomfortable. All I wanted was for someone to let him know: if you're finding yourself interested in a patient, keep it to yourself. It’s not like I can just walk away like I could in a public space. He didn't cross a line, and that's good, now is the time to set things straight so that lines don't get crossed in the future. It's inappropriate, but not egregious. Also, maybe don't let your techs go into whatever room they want and shut the door without a reason to be there. I was uncomfortable on the phone and couldn’t lay things out as clearly as I did here, partially because the moment my PT realized the guy hadn't crossed a line in terms of a suable offense, he interrupted me and started defending the guy without letting me finish what I was saying. Lots of "oh the guy is just really interested in astronomy and just wanted to talk to you about that, he didn't mean it that way.” I tried to explain that in most of the later interactions he was barely talking to me about astronomy, but my PT had clearly made up his mind as to what was going on and wasn't going to listen to me anymore, so I finished the call. I'm not saying this tech would have done anything suable, I don't know the guy well enough, and again he seemed to maybe not know better. But they're not holding people accountable, and that is what I take issue with. When lines are crossed and people ask "how did this happen?" This is how. You let people get away with something because it doesn't seem bad enough, and it escalates. It may not be this time or this guy, but in the environment they're breeding it will happen. That is just as much a problem as the people who cross those lines.

This was a great experience. The group of therapists were very professional and attended to my therapeutic need. I was met with wonderful customer service and smiles during each visit. If I’m ever in need of therapy services again I will make it a point to use this facility.

After having ACL surgery, I was required to start PT ASAP. Been doing PT with Dr.A and Ty for about a month and half now and have come a long ways. From being in so much pain, to now walking with a slight limp. They made me very comfortable and did not push my limits. They’re the best and I would recommend anyone who needs/wants a speedy and safe recovery to come here.
