I had the pleasure of working with Ted after suffering an injury, and I can't recommend Ted highly enough. From the moment I walked into the office, Ted took the time to thoroughly assess my injury, asking detailed questions and really listening to my concerns. He explained the treatment plan in a way that was easy to understand and gave me realistic expectations for recovery. Throughout the process, Ted was patient, professional, and attentive. His approach was not only effective but also personalized to my needs. Thanks to his expertise and guidance, I'm now feeling stronger and healthier than before my injury. After a year of having an undiagnosed meniscus root tear, I ended up with a much worse injury, requiring surgery and two months of bed rest. After four months of not being able to walk straight without pain, I was referred to E6. I had been to three other physical therapy facilities before, but I felt like they did the bare minimum and spent no time focusing on my specific recovery. During my second session with Ted at E6, I was tearful and hopeless that I wouldn’t walk straight or be pain-free again. Ted did not allow me to stay in that mindset for long. Over the next three weeks, we focused on dry needling and strength training. I then had a breakthrough in just three weeks. For the first time in two years, I had three consecutive days at work without pain or limp. E6 is unlike any other clinic I’ve been to. The therapists don’t just leave you on a bike or equipment while they move on to the next patient. They stay with you for the session, ensuring proper form, educating, encouraging, and even sharing a laugh. They incorporate manual therapy, which, in my experience, is rare in most practices these days. They are trained in modern practices and new sports therapies. After every session, I feel I’ve received more than my money’s worth.

I recommend Ted and the entire E6 team to anyone wanting PT. They do not take a cookie cutter approach to treatment. They will tailor your treatment plan to ensure you are able to exceed your goals. I made more progress than I thought was possible during my treatment. Thank you E6 team!

All I can say is “WOW”. I have battled pain in my lower back and shoulder for years. Been through physical therapists, ortho specialists, chiropractic, and even recently consulted a surgeon. Well, that surgeon recommended E6 physical therapy specifically for a therapy of dry needling. So I said why not I have been everywhere else and spend thousands of dollars with no relief. I started my therapy and all I can say is “WOW”. I was a total sceptic but now I am a true believer in miracles. My therapist who is the owner is an Angel touched with healing powers. She placed every needle in trigger points that have loosened the tight muscles, also gave me a series of stretches and strength exercises to do. There is minimal pain while needling. It has totally changed my life. I have full mobility of my shoulder and lower back. I have no more aches and pains waking up or going to bed. I feel free. I can’t E6 enough for the service that was given to me. The staff is amazing from the moment you walk in you feel like family. Please everyone you owe it to yourself to give them a try. I’ve seen Ted Esparza at E6 Physical Therapy for different injuries at different times for nearly 10 years. Ted is a fantastic therapist! He understands my often offbeat explanations, explains the mechanics of movement and what we're working to achieve, offers variations on exercises to suit my circumstances, and has such a great sense of humor that I’ve teased him about using laugh therapy as part of his treatment. Ryan is a fabulous assistant, reinforcing concepts and making sure I’m positioned correctly for the exercises. Karen and Monet are so friendly, and efficient, and offer such great customer service.
