I was referred to Farid from a friend after complaining of pain in lower back and sciatica. First session Farid focused on were my pain was located and what actions aggravated it. He is super focused on your body movements and readjusting you to make sure your form is perfect. After just 2 sessions my pain was reduced to almost being gone. He is the first person that has been able to help me. I still do the exercises and stretches he gave me and I am still pain free. Life changing experience; wish I would had found him sooner.

Based on my experience, e-motion training is the type of training that aims at deepening the connection between our bodies and it’s idiosyncrasies to our breath and our mind. Created and taught by a highly talented trainer - Farid - who elevates you to do all the above in a challenging, focused, and inspirational program. This training is something I personally recommend to most of my friends. I have personally been hugely impacted by Farid’s training, as I suffered from numerous shoulder dislocations and was left with little to options besides surgery on both shoulders. Knowing Farid allowed me the possibility that I didn’t once have -- to improve my cognitive connection with my shoulder while greatly strengthening it. Thanks to Farid and his inspiration of what’s possible in my physical health and training, I have gotten to make my shoulders a focal point of my training continuously, and benefiting from both mobility (which I would have lost had I gotten surgery) as well as strength and intentionality to protect it from other risks of injury. I hope that his work can be shared with as many as possible.

I attended the Wim Hof Fundamentals Workshop that was taught by Farid, and I can honestly say that it was life-changing. Farid is an excellent coach, and his passion for what he teaches is contagious. He gives very clear instructions to help with technique, but more importantly, he creates a safe environment that nurtures the positive, open mindset you need to come face-to-face with your challenges. I have grown tremendously with just one session with him, and I am looking forward to more of his workshops!

I have had the pleasure of training with Farid for a couple months now and it has been life changing! He is an incredible coach, motivator, and friend to me. I am an action sports athlete that has worked with a lot of different personal trainers and he has been the best by far. His attention to detail and knowledge of how the body works is amazing. I also have never had a trainer focus on proper form and breath work as much as Farid. To me this has been an absolute game changer! I suffered from a lower back injury about 4 years ago and the pain has gone down significantly in the short period of time that I have worked with him. My back has never felt this good since the injury and I know that I am on the path to full recovery. His workouts are very intuitive, engaging, and challenging. He really helps you realize how your body works and what needs to done in order to fix things that are lacking. Farid is also one of the most inspiring people that I have ever met. He is really great at providing you with the right support to help you visualize your success and accomplish things that you did not think were possible. I have also noticed a huge improvement in all of the sports that I do. I am way more explosive and powerful! He has helped me program my brain to use the right muscles at the right time in any situation. All of my muscles fire without having to think about it anymore which truly amazes me. Lastly, he introduced me to several different breathing techniques that have helped me tremendously in everyday life. Anytime that I am feeling overwhelmed or stressed I utilize these techniques and all of the irrelevant stuff that clouds my mind fades away and I achieve clarity. All of the breathing techniques I have learned are amazing but Wim Hoff is my favorite. His style of teaching helped me pick it up very fast and I was able to start seeing the benefits of it very quickly. I do it everyday now and am loving it! All in all, Farid is the man and will help you achieve whatever goals that you have in mind. He is a certified warrior and healer in my mind and if you want to take your game to the next level he is definitely your guy!

Farid is amazing!! He is so knowledgable and effective! He gave me exactly what I was looking for in a personal training experience. He customized my program perfectly to my needs and goals while making the process fun! In the past I had dreaded working out, but training with Farid was such a fun/motivating experience I actually got excited to workout and hit the gym with him! My body transformed and I am so grateful for finding him! I encourage anyone, no matter your physical limitations or preconceived notions about what working out is like, to go see Farid at e-Motion Training! Amazing! Was never a fan, or should I say, never made the time to work on rehab and flexibility in my training. Meditation? Ha! Me?!? Ya right! Well, due to Covid, I made the decision to try something different with Farid, and I couldn't be happier with that choice! I have 3 bulging discs in my cervical spine/neck that gives was giving me issues on a weekly basis. After working with Farid for about 6 months now, I have only had one single issue with my neck in the pasts 5 months, when I typically would have at least 4-5 weeks of pain and hell. My flexibility has improved to levels I never thought I would be capable of. I never cared too much about flexibility, but now that I have improved on it, I KNOW the benefits and will continue to work on that forever. Posture... improved Range of motion... improved Speed... improved To add, I NEVER thought I was the type that was capable of meditation. Farid worked with me on trying it a couple of times, and once I was able to get teh hang of it, WOW! Totally rejuvenating and helps tremendously with stress! All in all, it is a guarantee that with Farid your body and mind will only improve! There are not enough great things I can say about my experiences training here. I plan on continuing training with Farid for a long time to come!

Farid knows how to motivate and get you to do things you never thought you could. I have trained with him and taken a Wimhof seminar and even got into the ice bath. He’s a special human being who can see things others don’t. I feel like I’m on my way to being the best version of myself and Farid has definitely had an impact on me. 💪🏼🙌🏽
