They have new staff here all the time. I came back over for two years. My last massage was wonderful. I think the owners wife had done it. This time massage was terrible. I felt like she moved back out of place. She was her elbows the whole time and it was not relaxing. One thing I noticed about this location is they demand Tips same thing happened last time I was here . The ladies such a great job we tipped you like $25 this time. The lady was absolutely terrible and she demanded I give her a tip. I told her she did not do a good job and gave her five dollars though because she was being annoying. She’s wearing a little ponytail. I was in her 40s or 50s. I got a foot massage for 30 minutes and by the owner, it was not good either. I couldn’t wait for the thing to be over. I’ve never been to a massage place that I wanted to get out of there. This one was definitely not worth the money, not worth the time. I will not be returning here. It’s a hit or mess with the people here and they have no clue who you saw last time. You’re supposed to feel relaxed after a massage. I didn’t feel like I got one when I get out out of there. My body was aching. If not more then before I got in there, I need to find a new massageplace. Save your money find a better place to go to! Tips should be earned, not demanded. Also make sure you use your Google translate so they can understand what you’re saying in English translate into Chinese. That’s what I did. There was a huge communication gap.

I went to get a massage with my husband yesterday. We were so excited to get a couples massage but it was less than a relaxing massage experience. The gentleman I had just dug his elbows in my back over and over. He never asked if pressure was okay and when I told him my back was hurting he continued to dig his elbows in. It was clear he is not a licensed massage therapist. There was no technique. I’m bruised and Sore today I can’t even sit back in my chair. So after this horrible “massage” we get up to get dressed and I see a roach run across my husbands bed. He tried to kill it and it ran and when lifting the sheet to find it another one ran out. I am so disgusted. We just wanted to get out of there as fast S possible to shower, so I paid and left. The owner called and said she would refund. Which was nice. But I’m sorry the place needs to be completely shut down until the roach problem is under control and they need to have employees actually trained on massage therapy. I would definitely not recommend this place.

I've been coming here for years and they get a solid 4stars from me. Clean, (mostly) quiet, local, massage therapy with affordable pricing in American Canyon, the Gateway to Napa. Eva is the owner and I used to see either her or YoYo, but these days I like Andy's techniques and attentiveness. Book a private room or get a foot massage in the shared open space. Pro tip: Bring a bottle of champagne if you really want to unwind, or go to nearby Junction Bar & Grill once your done. 😉

All the staff are professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They are good at deep tissue/shiatsu massage. The rates are affordable.

I like Yuki and Ana. They have friendly service. Tip expected but hey that’s the business. They listen to your needs and wants. Very relaxing and soothing. The place doesn’t have ceilings for the rooms but that’s okay the music is peaceful. Thanks for your kindness and relief :)

I have been going here for over a decade and I’ve always been greeted warmly and receive good service. The staff is professional and the massage for the most part have been good. One or two times probably ok but majority of the time good.

DO NOT GO HERE The “massage therapists” are extremely unprofessional. We went in to get a couples massage and the service was pretty terrible. One therapist used so much pressure, one of us was left with bruises. During the entire massage we asked for less and less pressure and that was not given. We were happy it was over and we finally went to pay. They asked for a tip and we decided to give five dollars to each therapist because the experience was bad. They asked if everything was okay because of the low tip. We let them know the massage was painful and we asked for change during the massage. They were angry they weren’t tipped more, stopped speaking to us, rolled their eyes and slammed the paper down for us to sign. There are plenty of massage places to go to in the area. Don’t waste your time or money here

Long day and wanted a foot massage, I picked the correct place. While this is not the Ritz Carlton Spa, for $40 I had one of the best foot and upper body massages ever by Michael. The massage was outstanding and well worth the $25 plus $15 tip! I would definitely go back for the foot and upper body massage! Soft music, not too much bantering amongst employees, just good solid bodywork. A couple of times I had to let Michael to not be so firm, but the overall experience achieved the goal. Tight shoulders gone, happy feet and a great value!
