I have used Dynamix Physical Therapy on two separate occasions, (2 knee replacements) Matt Scott and all of the staff are exceptional! Personable, professional and compassionate. I highly recommend Dynamix Covington!
They have shown me the true meaning of customer service and satisfaction. Professionals to the max, and the care they gave me was nothing short of a God-like miracle. Even calling in to reschedule a session was a stellar experience. My only regret is that I'd wish I knew of them sooner...
Everyone was friendly and helpful. From the front desk to the therapists and assistants, they make you feel welcomed. I like to see the teaching and question review that Corey does with the other staff there. They seem to genuinely CARE about the patient progress and outcome! They're doing an awesome job and I would highly recommend them!
The staff is amazing. I love the environment and the physical therapists are very professional and the care about their customers. They make us feel at home. I will recommend them 7 days a week and 365 a year even leap year. I'm a happy customer. Much Love to them.
Everybody at Dynamix Physical therapy is very nice and polite. They really helped me build strength back up in my hip and lower back. I appreciate all the hard work they did for me. I highly recommend Dynamix Physical Therapy to anyone that has back trouble or had a hip replacement to come here and they will give you the proper treatment you need to get back to 100% where you will be well enough to do the things you love doing like working and providing for your family.
The entire staff were great to work with. I had total knee replacement and they worked diligently with me helping me to be up and walking! Kudos to Matt and Melody! Thanks guys
