I recently had to switch my daughter's insurance plan from HMO to PPO, which unfortunately led to an unexpected change in payment terms. I feel it's important to share my experience so others can make an informed decision. Before the switch, we had a $30 copay for each visit, which was very reasonable. However, after switching to the PPO, they informed us that each visit would now cost $75 toward copay after we had visited 8 times. I understand that insurance plans can have varying coverage and payment structures, but it would have been helpful if they had informed us about these changes in advance( on the first time we visit after we change to PPO) . The sudden jump from $30 to $75 per visit has significantly impacted our budget, and it's disappointing that this was not communicated clearly to us. Additionally, I would have appreciated more transparency about the threshold of 8 visits before the payment terms would change. This information was not provided to us until after we had already visited the clinic a number of times, which made it difficult for us to plan our expenses accordingly. While I acknowledge that the PT therapist provides quality care, the lack of communication regarding the change in payment terms has left me feeling frustrated and somewhat taken advantage of. Please note that this review is solely based on my personal experience.

Therapist are great!! But management is terrible! Never present, never responds to emails or contacts patients when needed! No one knows the manager because she is never there! Her own employees can’t even get hold of her sometimes! Her & her comadre like to micromanage but don’t even do work them self’s! Company will over work you don’t apply! Hostile environment! Owner should do an audit on her payroll so she sees why her business isn’t successful! They need people who actually had management training and medical field experience running this business not what was taught to them!

My son has been working with Michael for about 2 months. Occupational therapy has helped him enjoy more activities. Parents you just need to trust the process. It's hard but the outcome of seeing your child grow is so much rewarding.
