Dynamic Spine & Sport Rehabilitation

Today I had an evaluation by Dr Joe. What a very nice experience. He literally was concerned about my shoulder surgery and was very attentive to my concerns. Very nice staff works there Ashley the physical therapist very knowledgeable and patient with me. Overall probably one of the best physical therapy companies that have ever had the pleasure of being a patient with. Thank you very much dynamic Spine on Sahara.

35 minutes into my scheduled appointment time, I was still waiting for the PT to see me. I think he was simply having lunch in his office. Since I had to get back to work in less than an hour, I decided to leave and cancel my appointment. They then charged me a $75 cancellation fee, even though they were the ones running late. They also charged me 3% extra for using my card to make the payment. So, all I can say is avoid these unprofessional ripoff artist, because if their care is as good as their customer service, then it will not be worth the $225 (plus 3%) to see them. EDIT: The owner just replied and said he disagrees with the claims that were made? Really? About what part? How about this, I'm going to build a quick website (I'm a programmer) and post what you charged and show time stamps of when I left from text messages I sent my manager saying that I was about to leave your facility. I'll come back tomorrow and provide a link to that site for everyone to see and show that you provide bad service and then lie about it.

This place is perfect following a Car accident, I have been Seeing Jesus who is a Physical Therapist Asst. And I'm Grateful for his Hard work, and Dedication. As I heal and feel 120% better from my Injuries!

I've been to many PT establishments throughout LV Valley over a decade. DS&SR is far superior in patient care, follow-up, equipment, easy access. I've been a patient here since they opened. Won't go anywhere else since then.

Was here in 2012 after my first back surgery. Now I'm here after my second back surgery. That says it all. Their regiments and therapists are spot on per patient.
