Dynamic Spine & Sport Rehabilitation

While the treatment staff at Dynamic Spine and Sport were professional and caring during my sessions, I am highly disappointed with the administrative team. Despite DYNAMIC having already processed payment for my case on August 8th, 2024 , the backend staff have made it increasingly difficult to get my treatment finalized or my case closed out. I've called several times with no answer and they are giving my case manager a hard time even though they have been paid, it feels like a shake downl. These unnecessary delays and lack of communication are adding stress to what should be a straightforward process. Patient care doesn’t stop at the treatment room—it should extend to all aspects of service, including administrative support. I hope this feedback prompts Dynamic Spine and Sport to take action and improve its processes for the benefit of current and future patients.

Dynamic Spine and Sport On Rainbow across from spring valley hospital is by far the most professional and hospitable Physical therapy rehabilitation center that I have ever experienced. Dr. Sarah and her staff do everything to make sure you experience comfort and progress. The new DPT (Doctor of Physical Therapy), Mark is amazing. I have had other Physical Therapist and the difference with Mark is that he genuinely cares about you. His expertise is also above and beyond. Ever since he started treating me for my shoulder injury, I have improved by leaps and bounds! Thank you Mark!

From the moment they received my referral, DSS has been nothing but AMAZING! The staff are attentive, listen and help you understand the process for healing. None of the therapy exercises were ever more than I could handle. They offer flexible scheduling and three locations. I am never far from an office. Most important to me is the knowledge possessed by Dr. Joe Indieri. He continues to research, learn and explore. His wealth of understanding makes me feel secure that I am getting the best help from the most qualified. I am very pleased with my treatments! Thank you for helping me get back to being me! 🫶

I just have to say thank you to all the staff in both locations, I was involved in a car accident with my uber driver and I was gradually just going downhill physically in my daily activities. They set up a program for me that I just followed throughout the weeks and just in a short three months my range of motion increased dramatically. I still plan to practice their exercises to maintain progress. I don't hope for anyone to get hurt but PT :Sarah and Joe Staff: Jenna, Jesus, Steven, and Miguel all are awesome to take care of you!!!

I had a stiff neck and by visiting DSSR on Rainbow location and saw by Sara Fulco feeling much better, no pain. I feel great and will recommend anyone to go see her if you have any kind of pain.
