Dynamic Rehab & Hand Therapy

Today I completed my physical therapy for my thumb surgery. I was lucky enough to have Kathy Cano as my therapist. But even before that, I met the front office lady called, T. She was open and welcoming and helpful and always greeted me with a smile. Kathy was gentle, supportive and worked with me every time I came in. She had Devon, Megan and Victor as techs and all were attentive and helped her complete the therapy on my hand. Last week there were three of us patients and we laughed and really had a fun time all the while working and getting better. The attitude and atmosphere in a clinic are worth their weight in gold and that attitude starts with the therapist. Thank you, Kathy, and Dr. Fitzmaurice will be happy to hear all is well.

Never had a consistent therapist. Therapists are overbooked and are typically working on 2+ people while you're there. I expect better service for the amount insurance pays them per visit. One of my visits went 30 minutes in before I finally got any attention. I had issues with their billing department getting the wrong information from my insurance company as well.

These people are great! I didn't have a lot of confidence in physical therapy before they totally rehab-ed my neck problem. I would recommend!
